  1 year ago, we hired this company to come and replace our ac system. after replacing the system we started to have electrical issues, we then contacted them about such as our living room outlets, lights, doorbell, and dryer stopped working. After reaching out to them and informing them of the situation they returned more times and continued to state that there were no issues and that the issues arising had nothing to do with the work they did. after contacting a licensed electrician we were informed that pronto services had run the wires to our existing breakers instead of adding the correct wires and breakers to do the job faster for them. With that said, the licensed electrician quoted them a price that they were not willing to pay to rectify the situation we then didn't hear from the company for weeks even though we made several attempts to call. once back in contact with ******, he said he would have his guys come back and fix the problem even though I was relucent as they had been the ones who didn't do the job right the last 3 times but they were unwilling to pay the cost of the licensed electrician who also informed us that we needed to turn off out ac because the job they did and the power being pulled from the current wiring could cause our house to catch on fire. ****** the manager on behalf of pronto showed no concern and continued to state having the electrician that was on-site at my home do the job at that moment was too expensive and they would not pay. after weeks of back and forth, we set an appointment in which pronto services was very late when I contacted the office I was told they didn't have the equipment even though the appointment was set when I contacted ****** said well if you want I can cancel my guys I stated that was not an option as we needed the situation rectified. This company put my family/home in danger over faulty wiring we paid the electrician 400 dollars to identify the problem which pronto services caused. We paid over 7k cash

  Thank you for allowing us to rectify the issue. In no way, shape or form did we want to disappoint you in the way that we did. I'm glad to say that our crew went out on 10/14/2022 & has fixed the electrical issue. Since the appointment we have had no further complaints from the client and the issue has been resolved. Again, we apologize for the inconveince this has caused you.
