      This company doesn’t even deserve a star. Do not ever ever ever use their service. It’s absolutely horrible. They left us stranded at an airport at 12 o’clock at night with no car cause they sold our car out to someone else I had to get an Uber and spend over $200 to get to my location with my son never got a reimbursement. I was told I was gonna get a reimbursement. It’s been two months and nobody returns a phone call. Don’t ever ever use this service or stranded horrible customer service and horrible service all around.

      unauthorized and Duplicate Charges for Car Rental Booking I prepaid $196.29 to CarRental8 for a car rental booking, but **** has since charged me an additional $584.76, $790.50, and $196.29 without justification. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue with both companies, I have received no resolution or refunds for the overcharges. I am seeking: 1. A full refund for all unauthorized charges. 2. An investigation into their billing practices to prevent such issues in the future.

      Zero Stars!! I recently reserved a rental car through Car Rental 8 and prepaid in advance. When I showed up to **** the company didnt have a completed reservation for me. When I called Car Rental 8, the person I spoke too asked me to email customer service, they were just going to leave me hanging there without a car. I had to ask to speak to a supervisor, which they were reluctant. When I spoke to the supervisor Genet (no last name provided) and she verified with **** there was a mistake, I was asked to pay for a separate reservation in full from **** which was 3 times more than what I had reserved and already paid for. I was informed that I would receive a reimbursement for the full amount. Its been over a month and many conversations and emails later they have done absolutely nothing. Other than being reluctant to allow to speak to a supervisor and telling me no one is available. Please do not use this business, it's a scam. I also noticed they do not have a ****** business profile, probably to limit all the negative reviews against the company.

      I was told I could it use a dept card and all of it was cancelled and they took $75 from me fee. They didn't even told me it was cancelled at all. I was told some locations take dept cards. Through **** I found out about this. All they had to do was work with me on a other car or location. I needed that money and now it gone and waiting for my refund. They need to fix there policy.

      Arranged rental and was charged immediately. Arrived at scheduled 4:30 am and no car!!! Shower Budget rental info incl charge info and no car. 5-7 days for a refund. No!! Had to demand my money immediately. Horrible

      I'm having major work done on my vehicle, so I need to rent a car for a couple weeks. I went through CarRental8 online. Their information said, if I had a debit card only, I might have to put down an additional deposit at the time I picked up the vehicle. I got to Fox Rent A Car, at the Tampa airport (ONLY location), only to find out they do NOT accept ANY debit cards, and renters must have a credit card. Thanks, CarRental8, for wasting a day of my valuable time.

      This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. Girl behind desk was like a wet rag. She has been trained to not accept anything!! First they said they were AT the ************* and they were offsite. When we got to their off site location (crap office) we were asked for our insurance binder, then told they don't accept our type of insurance and we have to insure for $500,000 with them for ***** per day! I asked what options were and they said a refund or buy their insurance, so I asked for a refund. Then they said they can't refund unless it is 48 hours prior! Had to take their shuttle back to the airport and rent from a reputable car rental (National) Had to dispute the charge on my card when I returned home.

      Car Rental 8 and their affiliate HUB are the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with. Said they were located at Orlando airport and they were not. After tracking down the shuttle and going to their crappy office, waited 45 minutes then dealt with a rude representative, ended up with a sub compact SUV instead of the RAV 4 I paid for. They refused to swap out the vehicle after multiple requests. Got a flat tire and they wanted me to drive an 8 hour round trip to change the vehicle out and I refused and had to purchase a tire myself and they refused to reimburse me. I wouldn’t take a car from them for free!!! Avoid them and save yourself aggravation. You won’t save any money in the long run and won’t get the vehicle you paid for

      take the car at their terms . 5 days into my rental and 349 miles placed on the car I had mechanical issues heading near *************. I was able to get a replacement but the car they gave me was less than renting condition. Interior and windows had some kind of liquid that had exploded leaving the windows horrible to see out of. The ****** ***** had visible damage and several photos were taken by the one Switch employee of these damaged spot before I left. Both front inner wheel well had been separated from the front fenders indicating that it had taken some collision trauma in the front end of the car. Some kind of chemical had spilled on the rear of the car discoloring the paint and then your normal small scratches elsewhere. I was hoping a same or similar vehicle ,being a Suv because of the ease of getting on and out as an older person.I asked but was told I was getting an upgrade and there was nothing else available. All these problems and extra cost added up to the worst car rental experience I have ever had. I am requesting a refund.

      CARRENTAL8 is a SCAM! Do NOT waste your time or money! I reserved a van through them (non-refundable and paid for in advance) and upon arriving for pick up they told me they had given my reserved vehicle to someone else and there were no other vehicles available. What?!? How is that fair or legitimate business? The counter staff was rude and not helpful at all in trying to resolve the issue or find us another vehicle. He abruptly told me that I could contact the company to inquire about a refund. That didn't help my family of 6 who were stuck in Miami for 12 hours without transportation. If I could give negative stars I would. DO NOT USE CARRENTAL8!
