            Date of the transactions: 5/22/2024, 5/24/2024, 5/30/2024 Amount of money paid to the business: $475 and $205 The business is for mobile auto repair at the home of the customer or a place with electricity to use certain tools. Sometimes the owner will use O'Relly Auto Parts store to fix vehicles. Contacted the owner to fix the vehicle's A/C system. On 5/22/2024 the appointment to fix the A/C was made and completed. Paid the owner $475 via Venmo payment for new compressor, valves, refrigerant and other parts. Job was completed and A/C system was fixed. One or 2 days after this the A/C was not working or blowing any cold air until it eventually stopped working all together and was not even blowing any air through the vents on the vehicle. Contacted the owner several times via text and phone calls. Owner responded after a few attempts and agreed to re-check the A/C system a second time. When he checked it again I asked him to check why my vehicle was shutting down during turns to the right (turning the steering wheel to the right and accelerating). Owner found out that the blower switch mechanism from the A/C fan was bad and needed to be replaced and the power steering sensor also needed to be replaced as it was causing the vehicle to turn off. Between both parts and labor the total was an extra $205. *** was completed for both things but it took a while for him to respond to messages and phone calls. After these repairs my vehicle is still turning off at right turns and the A/C system completely stopped working. It has been a almost a month and I have tried to communicate with him numerous times via text messages, phone calls, voice mails and messages through his business website in which I have proof of all these.
