Yes I have been using cirkul for 5 months. I have had a lot of my cartridges not last as long as they are advertised. I have this last couple months been so extremely sick stomach cramping nausea and I have found that there has been some pieces of the inside liner of cartridges in the water I've been drinking. I've had to stop drinking it with 20 cartridges wasted due to it tearing up my stomach and the vomiting from drinking it. When I stopped drinking it for one day my stomach has improved some. I am highly disappointed and believe the company should know apologize and compensate for me being sick for having there liners dissolving so people are drinking the lining and getting sick and the cartridges not being filled with right amount of flavoring they advertise.Business response

On August 18, 2024, I placed an order for 10+ flavors plus the free bottle. This was done through the Auto-ship option linked on their plans page. In my cart was my flavors plus the 22oz stainless steel bottle. After checkout, multiple flavors plus the bottle were missing. I contacted Cirkul on 8/19 to hopefully receive my flavors and bottle. I was offered a $5 gift card but not the products or promotional offer I paid for. Cirkul only wanted me to upgrade my plan to an 8 flavor auto-ship plan because I was on a 6 flavor plan. A 6 flavor plan is not even a selectable option - I was only put on that due to flavors being removed from my cart.My customer support ticket was closed out with no response once bringing this up.Business response

I am rejecting this response because:They sent me the exact same response and only said that if I placed another order, I could get what I want. That is simply not a solution to fix the current problem. I can obviously place another order to get what I originally wanted. They just want more money and seem to not care about fixing my order.

I purchased over 150$ worth of defective product from this company when I contacted them they offered me a 5$ refund the reason these items were defective is because they did not match what was advertised on the website packaging or anywhere else I find it appalling they can say these things when its not accurateBusiness response

Attached are all the details of my correspondence with Cirkul. I ordered their new product the Cirkul with straw. There is a defect with the lid and cartridge. You don't get the flavor you should be getting. I tried troubleshooting with them as well as my other friends who are having the same issue. My point is that they will not send me a postage paid return label for their product which is defective. I do not feel that I should have to pay postage on a defective item for them to get me a return.Business response

Received the tracking, tracked it in, watched the mail carrier deliver 1 package and it did not contain my Cirkul Bottles. The only thing that arrived with the drink pods. ******** services phone number left on the website tells you they are no longer accepting calls and to email.Business response

While I was placing an order online, an item in the cart for a free bottle with the purchase of 10 sips appeared. Once I placed 10 sips in the cart, the offer became fully lit and I checked out. However, when I received my emailed invoice, the bottle was no longer included. I have written to the company who claims that was an old offer and no longer available. They refuse to honor the deal and they will not accept returns of the order even if it is unopened. I made many attempts after I reviewed my invoice to cancel the order before it was shipped but there was no way to do it on the site. I believe this company is a scam and should have its business practices investigated.Business response

On August 4th I tried ordering items off the Cirkul.com website on my phone but my two cards said they were declined. Both cards are in good standing. I tried again today on my laptop with the same results. I tried sending an email via their site and got a message that there was an error and to retry. I retried and got the same error message. Since I can't order off their website or ask customer service for assistance I am posting this here. It seems by searches on the web they have had this problem for awhile. You would think they would do a better job with their website or remove it if they do not want anymore sales. This has been annoying.Business response

I ordered a cikul cup along with 3 pods from this company and they told me they will not refund me after I threw up from their bottle for 8 hours. I had cyclical vomiting from these people and they refuse that is ridiculous. I need this to be resolved.Business response

I purchased a 40 oz tumbler from cirkul on 7/5. The tumbler was not working as it should since no flavor came through. The drink tasted like pure water. I contacted cirkul and they stated someone would reach out to me in ***** hours . No one reached out, so I contacted them again on their chat. I waited 2 hours on 2 separate devices and no answer. I then used my husbands device and his email to contact them, to which they answered in minutes. I gave them my email and complaint at that time. The cirkul employee, ****, told me the same thing that cirkul employee ***** gave me to try to fix the issue with the tumbler. None of these solutions fixed the problem. I then asked for an exchange or refund. This was not accepted by the company. The employee kept stating someone would reach out to me. I just want a tumbler that works since I spent $31.80 of my hard earned money on it. I dont see why its so hard to come to a resolution. I have never dealt with a company like this.Business response
