I put in an order today to then find the same item for cheaper and with a much faster delivery at ******** I then called to cancel the item since I even paid for expedited shipping but it would still take up to 11 days and I thought that was too long and they told me they cant cancel the order and I cannot return it once it will eventually arrive. I would like Cirkul to cancel the order or refund me since I already got the bottle for cheaper from ******* and to add to their website that orders cant be cancelled since it doesnt say it anywhere and it kinda sounds scammy to meBusiness response

Have had a subscription for a while and placed my monthly order on 6/5/24 under the ship now option, it did not include the free items in my cart and made me do a separate order which required another purchase or to pay additional shipping. They marked the tumbler up $10 higher than they sell the at ******* and it takes over a week longer to get them, unreasonable. I was charged $113.76 total. I attempted multiple ways to request within mins of placing the order to cancel order the phone line disconnected repeatedly upon this request, the chat was left unanswered, the email response was asking me to repeat my question as they dont understand what cancel my order means, the second chat option requesting to edit my order went unanswered, I also sent a DM directly on ******** messenger to which they replied telling me I can use the phone, chat and email option I had already tried and they asked my order info. Then I havent heard back through multiple attempts. They offer NO cancelation options on orders even before they are processed and if you attempt to then they ignore you so you are forced to accept the order. I am ending my subscription as this is a poor way to treat customers. I am also reporting this charge to my card along with all of the screenshots of repeatedly asking to cancel.Business response

I am rejecting this response because: they sent a sorry we missed your call response that contained irrelevant information and didnt address my complaint at all, they failed to adjust the order within mins of it being placed due to it being processed and shipped right at that moment even though it wasnt actually process or shipped for over a week. They email sent also asked me to place another order with them and then they will give me a $10 discount. No thanks. Already canceled my subscription and am done.

I am very displeased with this unprofessional behavior that I have experienced with this Cirkul company. This is the second unprofessional behavior that I have encounter with this company. The first one cost me over $55 and now yall want to pull $27 out of my account for something that I did not purchase from yall! When is this deception going to stop?Can not provide you any information on the purchase due to the fact that I did not purchase anything or request anything from this company dollar amount!Since my first my email of concern to the Cirkul company was sent out over 72 hours ago to Cirkul there has been NO response from this company. Stop misleading the customers! The customer service team told me one thing then the order was place and moments later a email was sent telling something DIFFERENT! Very BAD customer service! Now I am stuck with product I am allergic to and after talking to customer service a a week later funds was pulled out of my account for an auto shipment that I did NOT sign up for or request. Now more product that I cannot use is coming to me. I out more money for this company deception!The customer service deception has cost me $83.00 and sent me product that I am allergic too! Im new to cirkular and their customer service team is failing. I asked for a status update as I placed an order on June 23 and Ive yet to receive correct information. They continue to send me my first order information that was delivered weeks ago on the 14th. Is common sense not common? How can an order that was placed on 23rd been received by the 14th of the same month? No one is doing their research and Ive been asking for 2 days. They offered me $5 and I told them to apply it to my order to get it shipped out and expedited. What response did I get back! Another incompetent rep telling me information about the order I received on the 14th! She didnt do her due diligence, she was too focused on the clapback instead of helping the customer with doing her research to make sure she provides adequate information. Even when I log into my account, it just says paid. Theres no status change or tracking number.Business response

I ordered the tiktok Cirkul deal where you get the free stainless steel bottle with purchase of 10 cartridges. I placed 10 in my cart and I received my order today with only 5 cartridges. I reached out to support at Cirkul and they said they don't show my bottle on there. And that I can't return the "UNOPENED" packs of flavor because I can't use them now without the bottle and their customer service rep said they would give a $5 coupon for future orders which is pointless as I will never use them again. Did purchase flavors online , I am the first time user ordering from portal. I placed order on June 25th 2024 with order number # ******** price $25.38 . Due to reason I wanted to cancel order after payment but I don't see any option in portal to cancel order I sent email ********************************** they responded with generic message saying look for FAQs and today I called to their customer care ************ , customer care person responded saying you can't cancel since its processing as per terms and conditions cancellation not possible .I read terms and condition its mentioned for subscribers for any plan they can cancel but not for one time purchaser as me. also its mentioned once its shipped can't be returned but my order status as Paid /order confirmed not shipped NOT SURE WHY ONLINE PORTAL DON'T HAVE OPTION TO CANCEL ORDERS AS PER FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION RULES .Business response

I had a promo to get a free cup and 2 cartridges with purchase of 35. I purchased the 35 dollars worth of product and when I checked out it removed my free items. I emailed the company as well as call them to cancel the order since it took my free items off. They said they cannot cancel an order even though it was just placed and has not left their facility. Asked to speak to a supervisor and they said they had to submit a request to have a supervisor call or email me back and would take ***** hours. That is not acceptable. I told them I did not authorize the transaction without the promo items and they didnt care. Only offered a 5$ gift certificate to use on a future order. I will not be purchasing from them again. I want a full refund and the order cancelled.Business response

I purchased a Cirkul sports bottle on April 02, 2024. On June 15, 2024 I noticed the plastic-lined bottle had condensation inside and there was no way to clean it. I reached out to the customer service to see if I could get a replacement as it was only 2 months and cost $25. There is a no-refund/return policy that points out cartridges are consumable so there is no returns accepted. The *** states if there is a damaged bottle or leak to reach out and there is no specified time frame. I sent pictures. They offered a $5 gift card to apply on my next order. I asked if they always handle product deficiencies by suggesting the customer provide more business in exchange for minimal compensation. The rep then asked how I wash the bottle. I said a bottle brush and sent a picture. Then she offered a replacement bottle(after I asked) when I place my next order. I asked if that sounded right, to stand by their product but only if I place another order. Then I received a long explanation about a defective item time line of 45 days, even thought I told her when I purchased it at the beginning. I couldnt even finish reading the copy and pasted response before I got an Error Occurred Processing your action. Please try again. Pop-up. Then the chat was gone. First she tried to see if I caused the problem with how I cleaned the bottle . Then offered a fraction of compensation only if I placed an order, then offered the entire replacement if I placed an order, then said I shouldve done it before 45 days even though it doesnt state that on the faq. Then shut down the chat. Bad business practices. All I needed was a replacement for a bottle that cost $25 that leaked in two month period.Business response

I attempted to renew my subscription. When I clicked send shipment now I was notified that my card was declined as it had expired. I was prompted to update my payment information. I uploaded a different card and then reprocessed the charge as the charge was not approved by the original credit card company. Now I have two payments to my new card four minutes apart for the same amount. When I contacted the company and asked for a refund for the second charge they said I clicked the button twice and they were unable to offer a refund for the duplicate charge. They denied the original payment had been declined. I subsequently have cancelled my subscription to this company but would like to be refunded for the duplicate charge ($48). I asked to have this issue escalated to a manager and did not hear back from the company.Business response
