      I have attempted to cancel multiple times. The instructions to cancel state to go to "My Account" and click "Cancel Plan" unfortunately that option does NOT exist. I have emailed the Help located in the contact section and the only "friendly" advice they give is to cancel from the Payment page. Which I shared in the email to them that it Doesn't Exist! I actually sent screen shots of each page showing that the option does NOT exist! My 13 year old set up this account probably a year ago. She didn't like the flavors she chose and now I have over 50 unused cirkul flavors. None of which my kids will drink. I even tried changing the flavor options to be sent and they still send me ones I didn't want. When I go back in, the new options I selected prior are gone and reset back to the originals. I don't want any more Cirkul flavors! I have already wasted hundreds of dollars on flavors no one in my house will drink because I CAN"T CANCEL! This is a joke. All they do in response to my email is to offer to delay my subscription and send me more flavors for free..... I have over 50 that I don't want. NO THANK YOU! If I can't get you to cancel the subscription that my 13 year old daughter set up in her own name, with my debit card then I will be forced to cancel my card. And in turn other things will bounce that I need to come out of that account. You going to pay for my inconvenience? I'm guessing not! By LAW you are required to have a Cancel option easily accessible. I have been going through this for months. This is illegal!

      first day i bought 3 and all 3 i used in the same day because i kept them on 1 and in 5 minutes the flavoring was gone . (DONT BUY !!!!!!!!!!)

      I'm extremely disappointed with my Cirkul 40oz tumbler. After a month and a half of having it, it has stopped working. The only thing coming through the straw is water, no flavor. I've gone through 6 cartridges now. I reached out to customer service, followed all their trouble shooting tips and even send pictures to them. Eventually I was shipped a new straw and lid, which I recieved today. Guess what? That didn't work either. Now I'm stuck with a bunch of cartidges and a cup that doesn't work anymore and I can't return it because I don't have the receipt.

      I didn't place an order, i set myself up on autoship for a monthly shipment bc they allow for you to change flavors. I just received my autoship about 10 days ago and they just charged $50 to my credit card and sent the autoship that wasn't scheduled for 20 days! I called to discuss bc my son has autism and won't drink certain flavors and for the first 24 hrs of calling and sending emails I rcvd a one sentence reply basically telling me to go pound sand. Nothing they could do to help me? I did not place the order. Cirkul is a bunch of thieves. Good thing this was only my 2nd order. I will make it one of my life's goals to tell everyone I know about Cirkul's thievery and "fake" customer service.

      I have requested a refund i paid for express delivery is been 5 days my order still hasn't shipped i call every day get told something different I definitely will not be ordering with them again horrible company horrible customer service nothing good about these people just want my money back

      This company DOES NOT REFUND OR ACCEPT RETURNS on ANY of their products, how are they getting away with this? How have they gotten away with that for this long? They can ship you broken or malfunctioning items like they did to me (6 different sip flavors) and they wanted to "make it right " by offering 3 with my next purchase, so they don't even want to cover shipping for you, they wanted to wait for my next shipment. They cut corners in the cheapest way. I don't understand how any company can ship out broken/ malfunctioning products and offer to refund only half. I have talked to 3 different people from their "customer service " they are all a joke.

      Ordered this as a Christmas gift for my husband 2024 I did not want a subscription nor plan to purchase more UNLESS I chose toI didnt commit to anything like that. My husband still has not even tried it yet.-Anyway, I received a shipment from them yesterday, 1/15/25 which I DID NOT open. I looked on my account page it showed I did not have a subscription or anything on reorder with them -that was ************* today, I cant access the account page. 1/***** Hmmmm I did not reorder and do not want this package they sent. But guess what, it isnt returnable! Wow at so many reviews with the same problem!! Please help BBB! Make this company stop these practices and refund people their money. Sincerely *. *****

      I had ordered products and then I tried to get the company to cancel my order. They said they had already shipped them out. I said, can I refuse the packages, I called the company and they said they couldn't take the package back and refund me even if I didn't open the packages. I feel this is wrong.

      When i first ordered from them it was great. My wife loved them and i was hooked on the flavored water. The first thing i noticed was that i was super phlegmy in the back of my throat and so was my wife. Then came the scratchy throat and bloating etc that some people get from sucralose intolerance. We thought it was strange but let it go. After continuing to drink the "sips" we both began to get very sick from it and started drinking JUST water and felt better after a couple days. We only found out after a couple of subscriptions came and went that they had sucralose which has been linked to cancer in their drinks. Needless to say I immediately stopped drinking mine and canceled all future orders. I tried drinking Cirkul water again after some time to see if maybe i just got sick and again the EXACT SAME SYMPTOMS started to appear again. Same issues have come from multiple flavors and have all come from sealed package flavors. If you have an adversion to sucralose or other artificial sweeteners AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
