      Ordered my 2nd monthly sub and added a bottle with lid. The order arrived without the bottle, The lid did arrive. I reached out to CS and was told to take a picture of a missing water bottle. I told them this is ridiculous and literally proves nothing. They responded with "this is our process". I paid for this item and now do not have it. I told them I just wanted the bottle I paid for and was told that a $5 store credit was the best they could do. I have spent over $200 on this company in only 2 months and this is how I was treated over something they messed up on. This doesn't even include the damaged flavor I got and was never compensated for in any way.

      I made a purchase with this company and for some reason it put a different shipping address on it, in my account I have the right shipping address. I reached out immediately to ask them to change my address and they lied and told me the label was created when I got an email claiming it was made 5 days later, I told them if I dont get my item I would like a refund and they said they dont give refunds or returns after the purchase, I would like my money back and not deal with this company again

      I attempted to cancel an order number ******** that I placed on July 12, 2024. They have been refusing to cancel it, even though it sits on their website and the status shows it hasnt even been processed yet. The delivery will not arrive on time and I will be out of the country when it actuallY would arrive now, if it would ever arrive.

      They took 139 dolllars for an auto ship order on 7/5 and my order has not yet shipped. They cannot tell me when it will ship and they created a shipping label on 7/10 but all the tracking says is it hasnt be recieved by *****

      On July 6th I ordered from cirkul and payed extra $5 for expedited delivery. As of today the 15th they still have not shipped my item though they marked it shipped on the 10th when they printed the label. According to tracking information on **** they are still waiting to pick it up. I have requested a refund and cancelation of my order and subscription and they have refused. They are only offering me a $5 coupon on my next order and I am done dealing with them. There is no reason not to refund the money and cancel the order.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      Though they did refund the expedited shipping, they are still only willing to offer anything on condition of me continuing with them!  Order placed on July 6th pic included
      After refusing to cancel the order or refund the money when it was still sitting on their dock.  As of the 15th pic included. Filed complaint on 16th and it was finally picked up by **** on the 17th. Pic included.

      I called their number does not work I went online simply asking if there's any mango in any of the cartridges other than answering the question they forward me to a site that I have to give my card or PayPal account for a dollar.I do not put my card on line anywhere I'm retired military and have had identified theft twice.Are they lying about natural flavors or do they not believe in customer service.

      The subscription service is broken at best, and predatory at worst. I had a subscription plan, which I canceled as I had more than enough product with my first order. A few days later I got a email saying my subscription plan was on the way. So I obviously went back to the site and canceled the order again. Knowing from the first experience the plan didn't get canceled I decided to check it, and of course it again was STILL subscribed. So I canceled it for the third time which finally went through.Now the big issue will all this, is after both times I canceled and it resubscribed me without my consent, it IMEDIENTLY sent out the orders for those plans. So I am now being charged and sent for these two plans which I have clearly tried to canceled, sometimes multiple times in the same day. These plans are supposed to be sent out once a month, but I am being sent these within days of each other.Their email support is useless and said they can not refund. This is a technical issue on there end, I never resubscribed. I have checked the process of doing so. I simply canceled the service 3 times within days, and now I am being charged and sent more products which I do not want or even consented to receiving. They won't even cancel the order, and it has not even been shipped out yet. Worst customer support I have ever experienced.

      I purchased a bottle and 20 Cirkul cartridges at ******** All cartridges worked great and everything was as expected. Then I subscribed to circle and placed four large orders. Each order between 24 and 40 cartridges. When the cartridges started arriving via mail, this is when I started having problems with the cartridges. Some of them were loose and had spilled out in the bags before I open them, others seem to have a crack in them in head spilled out somehow. And some of them simply didn't have any flavor after the first bottle. I contacted circle and after a ridiculous exchange of emails they told me they could only replace six. Clearly I'm upset because after a few hundred circle cartridges I actually had 22 that were defective. Three of them just in the last few days. I contacted circle again and I have not heard back from them. In total I've tried to reach out seven or eight times, once I got a hold of them and they sent me six replacements. Two other times they promise replacements but never put them in my account. And all of the other times I've reached out and no one has bothered to get back to me. My very very fair and honest opinion and experience with this company has been as follows: Most of the flavors are decent some of them aren't but most of them are - it's a great system if it works - I would like to continue using them - but my big issue is that it seems like all of the bag ones that come directly from circle have a very very high rate of damaged ones included. I think it is fair that circle replace all 22 and I think they should change their policies on replacements because they demand picture proof and it is impossible to show photographic proof that a sip only lasts 20 to 30 oz and then is empty. It is also impossible to show in a photo that when a sip is first inserted that the first one or two sips is very Sweet and then the flavor runs out. All I can show proof of are the physically damaged ones.
