            First and foremost, we want to address the issue of the refund of $1495. CJM Security Consultants contracted FGA to assist with MBE, DBE, and *** certifications. We were advised that the *** was not required in the state of ******* and a refund was forthcoming. Instructions on how to send the refund were provided. See the attached email communication. As of this date, the refund has not been received as promised. Furthermore, we needed to update our Capability Statement to remove specific PSC Codes. CJM Security Consultants made every effort to schedule a time with ******************************* to complete the task. We never received a response.Additionally, the PRIME accounts we selected, ********************* and ****** have not received activity. As a loyal customer, we are deeply disappointed by your company's lack of response and action. We believe this situation warrants your immediate attention to ensure it is resolved promptly.

            Paid over 10k for assistance with government contracts as a woman small business owner, they charged me, made a webpage and called it a day, no assistance at all to actually find these contracts or assistance with obtaining one. Be careful with this Company. We paid almost 1 year ago and still are awaiting for assistance we stopped calling after months requesting for guidance and support without results.
