              I rented a car from this company and was charged an extra $25. They stated that I went through a toll when I was in *******. I was on vacation in ********** and I did not go through any tolls I sent them multiple emails they responded but never ever answered my question or refunded my $25 I know it's not a lot but I'm just want to put this out there because I think the company is a disgrace.

              We booked a rental through Economy Booking for Green Motion. Upon arrival we were told they would not accept our insurance and we had to purchase liability insurance. We have never had to purchase liability insurance before for any car we rented through other companies. They had a sign on the counter that they only accepted insurance from a few companies, State Farm, Liberty Mutual, Geico, Allstate, Esurance, Progressive, USAA, Farmers and Nationwide. We have Hartford. Since Green Motion Car Rental is not located at the airport and we had to call to have them pick us up, we were stuck because we had no means of transportation. For 3 days they charged us $161 for the insurance. When we brought back the car, no one was at the site. We kept calling and no one answered. Finally, about 20 minutes later, the lone employee for that day showed up. He looked over the car quickly and then we were on our way to the airport. Very unprofessional and definitely a rip off company. Stay away and go with the well known companies.
