      Tried to contact them again. And they are not answering the phone and refuse to do payment agreement. Tried to do live chat and keep getting told agents are not available

      We have been contacted over and over by Bell Subrogation, despite providing them everything they've asked for. We had owned a vehicle and sold it to a dealer. Apparently the person who bought the vehicle from the dealer had an accident in it. We were told that we were financial responsible for the accident, despite the fact that we hadn't owned the car for 6 months at the time of the accident. We had our insurance company submit paperwork proving we were not responsible and did not own the vehicle any longer. The calls did not stop. Bell Subrogation called many more times and we explained we didn't own the car over and over. We had one representative tell us in a threatening manner "We're gonna keep calling you!" After nearly 2 months of harassment via phone calls, I found their phone number online and called them and demanded to talk to a supervisor. I was directed to someone named Angelica. She said she would deal this. We wonder if it will actually resolved. We are tired from this constant harassment.

      06/18/2022 received a. Letter from bell llc attempting to collect 1380 for their client And I know nothing of this company and they're threatening to suspend my license I need them to speak with my lawyer as they are third party attempting to collect an debt that I don't owe . As bell llc knows we have no contract together meaning I'm not legally obligated to pay anything without court order. I need my release letter sent to the DMV asap

      I received letters dated 5/2/22; 5/19/22; and 5/31/22 (see attached) stating that my car was involved in an accident Oct. 27, 2021, in Raytown, Mo. Neither I nor my car was involved in an accident and no one in my family has been in Raytown in years. They don't list a driver of the vehicle. My wife tried to find the accident report through an online search, but has been alerted by the service that an accident report does not exist (see attached). Bell Subrogation Services says that my license will be suspended by the Missouri Department of Motor Vehicles if I don't pay Bell $4742.50. I don't have a license in Missouri but would like to be left alone.

      This company has been harassing me about a hit and run supposedly that happened with my car but the person was in jail that they said committed the ACT. But somehow a car that was parked that wasn't running that was later junked because it doesn't run was involved in an accident but they can't seem to produce a police report of the accident.

      I received mail informing me that I have to pay 6207.78$ because of a minor accident I was in due to ice in the road. It also stated that they'll put in a request to have my license suspended . I'm not sure who y'all think have this kind of money or I'm not sure why am I getting mail when I already talked to the other person from the accident and they received their payments from me on the phone with theirs insurance company back in March and the other person involved tried to get over on me I asked her how much did I have to pay she told me her 1000$ deductible but when insurance called they told me it was only 500$ . Second I have pictures of that accident and it did not cost no 6,207.78$ To get fixed I was inform to only pay the deductible other than that I was not NOTIFIED . I'm furious because what's really going on. Y'all didn't even get my side of the story before y'all decided to put a dollar sign on it.
