Global trust management has called me over 30 times in the last five days. Additionally, they call my cell phone my work phone however they dont send me an email or mail out any information. Nothing this company does allows you to know its a legitimate business because they dont have any information to give you. My father is getting non stop calls from this debt collector asking for myself or my sister. Neither of us have outstanding debt of any kind of have even been contacted. My father is 75 years old and doesn't need this stress. Harassing my family and myself needs to stop.Business response

Global trust management contacted my neighbors to get a message to me. Not sure how they got their number since I never list it. If they need to contact me, I have my phone and email, they dont need to harass my neighbors or anyone else.Business response

This company called a neighbor from at least 8 years ago, how they got her contact information I will never know, to ask her to get a message to me. She just so happened to remember me and messaged me via FB messenger. I don't even have her number so I would have never given the company that information. I haven't even spoke to this person since I moved. They have continued to resort to crazy tatics even though I have told them I working on filing bankruptcy.Business response

Global Trust was in charge of collecting a debt. An arrangement was set. I attempted to move the 2nd payment to a date 2 weeks later. I was flat out told that this constituted a "refusal to pay". I tried speaking with them numerous times that I simply needed more time to go from the 29th of July to the 12th of August. They refused to allow me to move and then sent me a refusal to pay letter. I had told them over the phone and left messages saying that I was unequivocally "NOT REFUSING TO PAY" but that I simply requested 2 weeks. They would not allow itBusiness response
