Avoid doing business with this company. I used them to make a large purchase and agreed to 125.18 a week payment every Thursday. Since February I have been fighting with them and my bank because they have been taking multiple payments per week . They are not even showing the extra payment they are taking on my account. This company continues to have its reps ****** call me for "money" I owe them despite emailing them receipts that show I returned the item and all the money has gone back to them. They informed me that with my proof for ng to a certain department fornkt account to be nulled, I would still receive calls from them, which I don't mind, but it's 3-5 times a day, literal ********** at this point. I would not ever recommend this company as it's clear their staff don't read notes on my account, call me excessively times a day, and nobody has told me when I will be free of them, at this point I consider this company a scam.Review from Michael C

Never again using this company for financing. They don't return phone calls or emails when they say they do and will. They take money from accounts bouncing accounts without authorization. We didn't authorize automatic payments to come out. They need to be shut down. I did what I had to do to prevent this from happening again.Review from Danielle G

Where do I begin!? First of all used this place for tires out of desperation of not being able to afford them at the time. They were supposed to debit my account twice per month but when I tried to change the card being used out of worry of not having money in the original account their website doesn't let me! What??? Then they took out 15 bucks randomly and then 2 payments back to back etc.. I was never late at this point so when I emailed what was going on no one responded.. I get to the very end of my lease and at this point had paid the buy out offer so finally able to unattatch my card! The whole time I felt uneasy with them having it so easily accessible to help themselves how they did before.. according to them I still had another payment or 2 left so only after they wanted more money from me (at this point they had already taken more than double the cost of the tires) they start calling and emailing like crazy. Are u kidding me? Now u want to talk isn't that funny but u couldn't answer me or my concerns of the xtra money u took a while back..interesting..UOwn Leasing Response

U own, which operates and Buy on Trust, sold me a PlayStation 5 that I could go and pick up from Best Buy. They took my $40 down payment, then I got an email from Best Buy saying the order was canceled. When I called Best Buy to se what was going on, the subsequently told me they have no business relationship with Buy on Trust and conveniently, the leasing companys customer service was closed until Monday. I have no way to reach anyone, nor do I have a PlayStation and the worst part, is that the company now has access to my bank account and routing number.UOwn Leasing Response
