0/10 recommend. This place is a scam. They have no managers on hand, the customer service agents cant understand English well, and they just like to add unnecessary fees. I do plan to look future into this as well.

Uown is very misleading when it comes to purchasing tires because I was making payments but somehow now theyre demanding a large amount of money and also talking about taking my vehicle as a lien if I dont make that one lump sum of a payment due to a civil action theyre saying, Ill definitely be contacting my lawyers to issue a cease and desist to this company and the other company they have harassing me for a large payment amountUOwn Leasing Response

Avoid doing business with this company. I used them to make a large purchase and agreed to 125.18 a week payment every Thursday. Since February I have been fighting with them and my bank because they have been taking multiple payments per week . They are not even showing the extra payment they are taking on my account. This week they hit me for 375.54 and only showed 125.18 on my account with themUOwn Leasing Response

Hi ********,
Our lease agreements clearly outline the installment amounts and total costs for the entire duration, and we require initials to confirm full understanding of these terms. Since we do not charge interest, the payment structure leaves no room for surprises. Uown also offers same as cash programs, where only the cost of the item(s) + tax is due.

This company continues to have its reps ****** call me for "money" I owe them despite emailing them receipts that show I returned the item and all the money has gone back to them. They informed me that with my proof for ng to a certain department fornkt account to be nulled, I would still receive calls from them, which I don't mind, but it's 3-5 times a day, literal ********** at this point. I would not ever recommend this company as it's clear their staff don't read notes on my account, call me excessively times a day, and nobody has told me when I will be free of them, at this point I consider this company a scam.Review from Michael C
