      Run far away from this bank. Banks are supposed to be in the business of customer care and service. They are completely rigid and provide no help or flexibility. I’ve never dealt with an institution designed for customer care with such wretched help. They opened a savings account without my knowledge when I got my auto loan. Then they proceeded to charge that savings account every time they sent out a paper bill. So when I requested to change my car payment to a different date, they said I am unable to because the account is charged off from being negative for more than 40 days. I said my account isn’t negative or behind and they said “No, your savings account is -$18.” I said I don’t have a savings account and they said it’s automatic when you get a loan. I said that’s frustrating but fine just let me pay that so I can move my loan date. They said no you can’t pay it unless you go to a branch in person and deposit cash. What?!?! A bank that doesn’t want money or have a way to take payments?! And they charge $15 to move the payment date for my auto loan. That is, if I can figure out how to make this payment and get rid of this savings account! Horrible bank! Horrible customer service!

      if I can give them those stars they would get just that. $2039 was taken out of my account. I contacted them and an employee by the name of.***** Was disgraceful no empathy in her attitude stinks. She needs to work on ***************** Ill go get a job at *********. I would never recommend here most of the time they have an attitude.

      I have banked with this credit union for over thirty years, and I have had enough!The last straw was my rewards points through my credit cards. They totaled just under $2k cash value. I tried multiple times to access and redeem the points, and was provided incorrect information from the bank. This lead to the points expiring. Despite multiple records of my calls and visits to the branch as proof of my attempts, they refused to give me my full point value. I am taking my business elsewhere.

      This company has rocketed downhill so fast. They have very few branches and closed the one nearest me (45 minute drive). The next branch is over an hour away and they removed all the tellers from there - now everything is done with machines. Then they stopped sending mortgage statements...without letting me know. Hundreds of thousands of dollars in interest on a home loan and they now charge $7 a month if you want a paper statement. Not everyone has internet and a computer. Calling them is painful - long wait times and the operators are woefully unable to make any decisions.I can't get away from these people fast enough. I would highly recommend you choose another banking facility.

      They are the worst!! These people have no compassion and they are careless. They refused to move my payments to the back of my car loan and Threatens to repo my car! They are not trying to help in any way at all. My payments were $520 then they changed it to $1000. These people are crazy!!! Do not go there!!

      The worst bank EVER! DO NOT TRUST THIS BANK. Multiple issues with money lost. ATMs are always faulty and constant issues with online banking. I had to bring a police officer to locate cash I had deposited because they REFUSED to look into their cameras and systems to find me depositing the money at their ATM. The fact that they let it get this far instead of doing the right thing the first time is disappointing and wrong on all levels. Come to find out the police officer found out for us that the ATM was having issues all weekend when I had deposited the money and other members had the same issue as me. Brushing it under the rug and hoping it would go away is NOT how you handle someone’s livelihood. This bank should be ASHAMED, IS A SCAM and TERRIBLE at their job. Even with bringing in the police officer the bank STILL refuses to fund me the money and it has been over a month since I deposited the cash. They would rather hold the funds and figure out what went wrong with their legal team instead of doing the right thing and give me my money back.

      They charge overdraft fees during natural disasters. We just experienced Hurricane ****** living in ***** and took out cash to have on hand expecting power outages. Well Tampa got hit pretty hard and most of ***** was without power for a week. *** charged us with over $100 worth of overdraft fees. I had to put in a request to have them reversed due to a cat 3 hurricane hitting our city. The response? Ill put in a request to see if they will credit it and you will know in 5 to 10 business days Nothing back yet.

      Awful financial institute. Have a credit score over 800 but denying a me as a co signer on a loan. My bills are paid timely and overpaid! Now they are denying my excellent credit rating reading their reviews they are crap! Will never see my business.

      I had 23k auto loan through them. Most unhelpful people I have ever dealt with. Nicole and dime me so bad I did a refinance with a previous bank just to get rid of them! 12$ this 12$ that for pay a payment! Now to move a remaining amount from my account (that they gave inaccurate payoff on) 23$ I one more have to pay a fee! They kept tryin to transfer the money knowing that the fee they charged was causing it to be returned! How can I keep getting charged for a nsf of money in an account that they have and I want? Now from trying to transfer the remaining 23$ in my account. I have to pay 8$ to close it!!!!!

      I have found the people working there are so rude.. They would never go out of their way to help a customer. Unfortunately, I fell behind on my vehicle loan. I made a payment the day 2 days before they repo my truck. I received the 3rd delinquent notice 7 day after they took the car. Call willing to pay all the past due and late fees in order to bring the loan current and she told me there nothing she can do. Went personally and they told me to leave.
