Im not liable for this debit with Suncoast Credit Union. I have been a victim of Identity theft. I have never been with them before and I also filed a police report.Business response

Im glad I got to know this is helpful from a friend.Chatted a guy and asked me to send $480 to get a ticket, I did so from my chime checking account on April *********. Then he claimed the money same day and started giving me excuses, then got to know its a scam, I called my bank to reverse and it they said it was claimed with a suncaost debit card and they are the only one that can refund it, so Ive been trying to give them a call it wont go through and if it does they end it on me, pls thats all I have for me and my kids will be happy if they can return it thank you.Business response

I am rejecting this response because:
They called and I was unable to pick then I called back and it wont go through, I sent back voicemail, then was connected to them and being told I have to wait till 14th to talk to ***********************. I was told by chime that the name on the card that claimed the money is *******************. Card number:*******************. Month:02/28. Ill give them a call now and will be hoping they can help refund it pls Ill be glad, Thank you.

I am rejecting this response because:I already talked to ****** about chime, I had to call chime again and they said all I can do is contact suncoast if they will issue a refund for me because they can not issue a refund for a payment which is pay anyone in chime. I know the bank knows what to do if truly they wish to help me get back my money I would be glad if they can because thats all I have left

I bank with Suncoast Credit Union and they keep charging me overdraft fees even when I've NOT overdrafted. This time, I've got screenshots as proof, and even accounting for the fraudulent $29.00 overdraft fees, I still have $5.87 in my account. Read: Positive $5.87. I demand a refund on all overdraft fees from 2024 and for them to STOP doing this.Business response

I have been trying for a week now to apply for a business credit card. The website will not open up all the tabs for me to complete and when calling in I can never talk to anyone to apply at that moment, they will call back but i miss their call. I return their call and always get vm to leave message. Its just a game of phone tag. They have sent me link and it says im not eligible to apply. Now I am emailing back n forth with an employee and she mentions they are busy with people off to try XXX but when i try what she says its not an option for me to do. Why is it so hard to apply for a cc with you all? I am about to give up on Suncoast with our business needsBusiness response

I bought a car thru suncoast on 2/8/2024, to this day the loan hasnt been booked, they state they still havent received documentation from the *** or the dealership. The *** delivered the title electronically on 2/28/2024 and there is a lien on the car already from Suncoast, and the dealership delivered the documents on 2/16/2024. SFCU wrongfully charged me $490 for ******************* I had full coverage on my vehicle at all times. I reached out to customer service and as requested, the declaration pages were sent for my insurance (to the email/fax provided by SFCU). No response. I have called 5 times to get this matter resolved, and constantly get transferred to several different people and no one helps me. The last conversation on 3/25, I was told that a Field Representative would call me within 24 hours. I have not received a phone call as of yet. I need this amount refunded to me ASAP, as it is funds due me.Member No: ******* VIN: ***************** Please note that the vehicle (2016 **** Expedition) was traded in this past November and I no longer have accounts with SFCU. Car loan with Suncoast, payments mailed from my checking at ***** Fargo monthly. January payment misapplied (found out later on investigation) but they told me it was "lost in mail" so I repaid for January 2024. After 3 visits to ********* branch, proof of payment from WF provided Suncoast admitted they misapplied the funds of approx $600. Applied to future months, was paid thru March 2024. Set up automatic deduction from WF checking to avoid future Suncoast errors, but they took the March payment anyway! 3 diff stories from Cust Svc - 1: we won't auto deduct in March (WRONG); 2: We see what happened, we'll send back to WF acct in 3 biz days (WRONG); 3: As of today, told that they have put the money in my savings account at ********************, can't send it back to WF; told I have to make yet another trip to the branch to try and get my money back. Poor business practice, untrained call center staff, and dreadful customer service. My budget is not set up to pay a month with 2 car payments, but this is what has happened. Suncoast is DETERMINED to keep my money without my authorization!Business response
