I will keep this brief. I signed up for burn boot camp about a year and half ago. Used there services for about six months. My wife got pregnant and I canceled the membership in person. Apparently they will not work off a verbal agreement but are telling me it should have been in writing. This burn boot camp in ****** chapel ** has continued to charge my card for the last 12months with out my permission. I am requesting they return the money for the last 12 months. The membership is attached signed by *************** The membership is properly signed and ************** initialed Section 5 regarding cancellation which states cancellations must be in writing and provides the proper email address and fees associated with cancellation. ************** states he came in person to cancel; however, we don't have record of him doing so and that is why it is required in writing so there is proof of the date of cancellation. His wife notified ** of her pregnancy in writing to the proper email with no mention of her husband needing to cancel because of her pregnancy or the other 2 family members attending our facility.
