      We have recently (01.31.2025) purchased the attached type of furniture. We are not happy with how it feels to sit on it and there are a lot of problems seems to be appearing. ******side - there is already a dent after using it only 10 days. Right side of the couch - there is a dent again only after 10 days of using Back pillows are unevenly filled, there are a few that has so much filling, it is very uncomfortable to sit against Sewing of the pillows are very low quality there are pull-ins towards the middle of the pillow The whole couch is too soft, which was not the case when we have trialed in the store before purchasing it (we tried again today)When you sit on the sofa we sink in so much that the arms on the side gets too high that is causing arm pain the material is not even near to the one on displayed in the store, it is rough and not pleasant to sit on We would like to return the furniture with the ottoman for a full refund, please. Amount paid for the sectional sofa: 1400 dollars

I do not understand how is that possible they have not received the email when we sent it, but hopefully they will get in touch once r/v-d the pictures and the complaint.

      I was supposed to receive a different base then what was brought to my home. I called the company and they begin to tell me I had to pay $1,500.00 to replace it. That wasnt what I was sold the day I purchased the furniture!!

      On November 21st, 2024I submitted an online order for my furniture, I received it on December 5th, 2024 with a scratched chest, broken swirlver chair, and stained sectional. And missing items which they stated everything was going to be delivered at once because I clearly asked to not having to take multiple days from work, my complaint can be way bigger, but so far I need answers on when I will receive the chair, when my sofa is either going to be replace or cleaned because I clearly stated is the stains come one by cleaning it Im fine with it, but they are laying stated I was already compensated to clean the sectional. And my emails are not being answered completely. I need a solution. To make the sale everything was simple and easy.

      I purchased a sectional on May 28th, 2024 for $1850. The price included the sectional, delivery, installation, and disposal. Upon delivery a few days later, the driver and his helpers removed my old furniture and left them on my front lawn. When I called the next day, they refused to call me back and I was delivered a fine from my apartment complex. Also, I was harassed and had to pay another company to pick up the furniture that Furniture Outlet refused to take as agreed. I am asking for $300 for the fee I paid to discard my old furniture. If they do not resolve this in a timely manner, I will have no other choice but to seek legal fees, court costs, restitution and lost wages.

      I purchased furniture from Tampa Furniture outlet around 02/25/2023. The item in question is a Silver 5 drawer dresser. I have contacted the company several times via phone and email , it took them almost 3 weeks to respond and say they have to check with the warranty company, after another week or so the same delivery guy who brought the furniture comes back look at the dresser and says the store will call me when he is on the way back from getting supplies to repair the dresser, this was almost a month ago , I have since reached out to them via email with no response. I would simply like a refund this dresser has 3 drawers that have the bottoms falling out this is not something that can be repaired. After looking closer at the dresser drawer that is caved in underneath you can see where it looks like someone tried to re-seal the bottom of the drawer.

      On May 17, 2023, I purchased an ********************* furniture set in the amount of $1153 including taxes and the $199 delivery installation fee. As many others have stated, I have reached out via email and phone several times, First it was 2-3 weeks from purchase, then first week of July leaving warehouse, then it would be at the store week of July 10, it was still in transit week of July 17 and still no one has reached out one time (which would occur when furniture arrived at their store on ***** blvd). We are now approaching August from an order May 17. The lack of contact on their part, and then the constant delay to delivery has put us in a place where we will not have furniture for a bedroom for company next week. I wasnt concerned until I filtered the ****** reviews and realized many were new and from individuals who had never left any review than for this company only on ******. The rating of 4.5 doesnt appear to capture the reviews with content-the majority of which are 1 star, and only with ratings. Their ******** page also doesnt allow posts or ratings/reviews which can be read by consumers. As of now, my furniture is still in an order placed status on the **** app with no thumbnail pictures of what I purchased, not having changed once since May. Reading other reviews, Im beginning to wonder if the pieces I ordered are even the brand it claims. In any event, approaching a 3 month delivery, when estimated is 2-3 weeks, is extraordinary and I will have no option but to pursue legal action if not resolved by allowing a cancellation with full refund. Not store credit or partial refund, as the store has yet to receive any shipment, not stocked and no delivery of product. I am simply out over a thousand dollars with nothing more than delay upon delay. I wish it wasnt this way, but I cant be out $1153 which was paid in full and getting the runaround any longer. I have counsel to advise on next steps if not mediated adequately.

      The company brought furniture to my house and ended up damaging it as they were delivering when I called to tell them they said it was my issue and I would have to figure it out on my own I paid over 3,000$ for the furniture and they still have not called or showed up to replace or fix the damages they created and they want me to pay them for the furniture which is broken in several spots the company has still not returned any of my emails or calls since that day or the day after.

      Bought complete bedroom set since 02/02/2023, for my new home that I built, I received partial shipment, then another piece another date, then another piece two weeks later. Still missing another piece. my bedroom set is incomplete and they need to replace my current bedroom set with a complete bedroom set. My sales rep. is ** and he does not have any answer for me because of management. This company is doing false advertisement on TV and does not fulfill its obligations to its customers.       Good Afternoon ,

      The customer purchased with us back in February of 2023, customer was in the process of closing on a house so insisted on us holding their items until they were ready. customer came back April of 2023 to pick up some of his items but not all of them due to not paying off the other items. May of 2023 customer came back to pay on some of his items he had pending, and pick them up, still having more items pending with a balance. **** of 2023 customer came to pay the rest of his balance and pick up the rest of his items he had pending. We did inform to customer on his last pick up that we are missing only one item which is his nightstand, we gave the customer an ETA for his nightstand and he confirmed. July of 2023 we informed to the customer that we have received his nightstand and its ready for pick up. customer came to pick up his nightstand and that was the last conversation Tampa Furniture Outlet has had with this customer. Unfortunately his sales rep is no longer working with the company so i am unable to provide any further information.

      I went and bought a dining room set and dressers on march 15,2023. The salesman ** told us its a ***** day delivery wait, I said that is okay no problem, its going on a month and still no delivery. We keep calling them and they say the same thing each time well see what we can do I put a down payment down and am paying a 500$ delivery fee. I just want my furniture and I will never shop there again. If I do not receive my furniture this week, the second week of April then I will be taking this to court. .

      We have been in communication about this clients merchandise the factory had a delay in shipping out goods from factory at this point i can give the client his money back which is only $40 the app fee for financing , he has been disrespectful. please inform how to proceed  either cancel or deliver at this point i have  the furniture and he didn't pay for it yet since its financing.

      June 13th 2020, I purchased furniture from Tampa Furniture Outlet in Tampa **, When I purchased the furniture I have gotten a "5 Year Protection Plan" for the items I brought. March 2022 I decided to move back to ********** so I went to Tampa Furniture Outlet to ask them a question about my Protection Plan, I informed them I was moving to ********** and is does my protection plan move with me, they said "YES" they have an Manufacture that will deliver to **********. Now I'm back in ********** and I moving my thing in my home I noticed some damage to a few of my things in called Tampa furniture Outlet and I was inform to call and make a report to www.furnitureclaim.com, "Customer Plan # ************* Claims #*************" I sent them pictures of the damages, after I sent the pictures I then called the Manufacture to see if they've gotten everything. they said yes and as I was talking to the person on the phone they informed me that Tampa Furniture Outlet does not use "MONTAGE" anymore and I will have to call them back. I started this claim on September 16 2022. I've been getting the run around for months and now in tired of this. I need help PLEASE!!!!
