      Do not purchase from this company. I purchased a sectional on May 28th, 2024. I spent over $1800 for the sectional, delivery, installation, and disposal of my old living room furniture. When the driver and his helpers arrived days later, they installed the new couch and removed my old furniture, damaging 2 walls in the process. Upon removal, these classless ****** left all of my furniture on my front lawn and drove away. When I called the Furniture Outlet to complain, they put me on hold for over 45 minutes and refused to pick up. I filed two complaints and they never called me back. I have left reviews on ********* but they immediately delete them. This company cost me a fine with my apartment complex, they stole $300 of my money, caused a few hundred dollars in damage to my walls, and they denied my chargeback with my bank. So, as of August 9th, I have filed a lawsuit that will recover my lost fees they stole, the wall damage, the new disposal fee I had to pay to remove the furniture off my lawn, lost wages, the fine I paid from my apartment complex and court fees. This easy $300 transaction will now cost them $3500.

      Do not purchase from this company. My mom and my kids purchased an ************* center along with a coffee table and two end tables to match. It was purchased as a gift on my birthday which was on November 26, 2023 from their **** location. I was told at the time of purchase that I would have it delivered in 10 to 14 days. And definitely before Christmas. As of today, January 24, **** I still do not have any of it. I have to reach out to them often to see what the status is and am constantly promised new dates, so many in fact I cant remember them all. My mom passed away December 11th and sadly never got to see the furniture she bought me for my birthday in my house and see me enjoy it, which breaks my heart. I spoke to someone last week and was promised it would be delivered by Tuesday or Wednesday the following week and assured me this after he spoke to the manager at the **** location where the purchase was made. Today is the Wednesday that it was promised by and I have not heard anything from them. They think that if they give you some free sheets or a free rug that you should accept not receiving your furniture. I have never dealt with such lying in my life with a furniture store. Take my advice, spend the extra money and go to a reputable furniture store so you will indeed receive your purchased furniture in a descent time. All my other furniture I have purchased has been through havertys and it may cost a bit more but it is worth it to receive your furniture when promised and to have them keep up wonderful communication with you. Tampa Furniture Outlet DOES NOT do that at all. Even after leaving a bad review online I have not heard from them. Take my advice dont put yourself through the trouble using this company. I dont usually do bad reviews but I dont want others to go through what I have. And again the fact that my mom never got to see me enjoy the gift she got me upsets me incredibly.

      Wow wow wow, I purchased a bedroom set here and they were able to deliver next day. Please ask for Kay and I promise you he will take care of you.

      I have been buying furniture from Tampa furniture outlet for 4 years now never had any issues not sure why people keep on being negative for every small problem

      Have been dealing with Tampa Furniture Outlet since January 2023 to get a piece replaced on my couch. I put the claim in January and have been getting the runaround every time I call. Were now in August (7 months later) and still havent received said piece that was supposed to be mailed out to me. Tired of getting the runaround.

      Be aware before you buy or sign! I purchased merchandise through Tampa Furniture Outlet for $4,007.50, I put $100 down that day and was given a 110 day pay off term through Okinus financial. I had never received a contract, due date for 110th day, or terms or agreement for Okinus. Juma, the manager told me that I had given Tampa Furniture Outlet permission to sign papers on my behalf and he said that paper that I signed covers his company. I told him there was a misunderstanding! I was not giving them permission to sign. I thought they were going to send me the documents electronically in my email for me to sign. He stated, he has been in this game a long time and knows how this all works. Furthermore, Juma told me to contact him next week regarding my situation to see what he finds out from the manager at Okinus because I now owe the financial company $10,521. I texted him on Tuesday, April 11, 2023, and he called me. Juma said I have three options to clear all this up. He stated, Option #1: Give him $4200 (merchandise price) and he will tell Okinus that I returned the merchandise. He advised me that once this happened that all I needed to do was wait 10 days to be refunded from Okinus. He reassured me and proceeded to say that I will get my money back. Option #2: Give Okinus $1700 and then I will be done with everything. Then, I asked him what is option #3 and he told me that he did not even want to tell me. I did not receive the contract from Okinus until May 29, 2023 when Janaiya R. sent it to me in my email. The contract had my initials on several lines which was not my signature. I have currently paid Okinus $5,369.34 and now I am being harassed for more payments so they won't have to come and pick up my furniture.

      Before making the two and a half hour round trip from ******** to ***** **** in ***** with my wife and two year old, I called to make sure they had a particular bed I wanted to buy for my daughter's third birthday. I spoke with a lady, and even spelled the name of the product (Anarasia by Ashley), she then repeated the name back to me and checked to see if it was in stock. I was told "yes we have many of those in the warehouse and we have one on display". When we arrived I was shown a bed that was not the same product. When I pointed it out to the associate he tried to explain that "its like Nike and Adidas, you know it's all the same." Well it's not the same. On the one he showed me the footboard didn't come up as high and the legs didn't look to be nearly as well designed as the bed I drove there to buy. Tampa furniture outlet wasted hours of my time and probably $40 in gas to attempt to bait and switch me on a bed they listed online and don't even carry. Anyone shopping here, look very close at what you're buying.

      Dishonest sales marketing. 90 days no interest no payments. My account was debited 2wks unexpectedly and $400/mo He'll that's a car note. We tried negotiating and they still taking money prior too 90 I was told that once the furniture was delivered, they can change the date of payments. I was saving up for 90 days, I thought now it's keeping me in the red.

      Please BEWARE We bought a bed, mattress and spring box. They sent us the wrong mattress 3 times. By first delivery they scratched wooden floor by pulling the boxes on it, the spring box was still in plastic bag, after I opened it I saw they are damaged already.By 2nd time they had the wrong size of mattress, by 3rd time they brought wrong mattress again and scratched walls with the dolly, the mattress was too firm and we were told after 2 days it will get softer, Another person told us after couple weeks it will get softer., and it didn't get softer. We were offered to exchange the mattress but any of them was the same soft like this one which we chooses by first time(was not available in king size anymore), the mattress has been discontinued for some time now, meaning they didn't have the mattress to sell. We were also told the mattress which we liked is just older than others that's way is softer. After not receiving the mattress which we ordered and all this damage ( scratched floor, walls, spring box)we asked for refund. They only offered us 65 %refund. PLEASE BEWARE!!!
