  This has got to be one of the worst trash companies i have ever had the displeasure of working with, i am a tenant with a apartment complex they service and have had nothing but issues.They will go weeks without picking up the trash, smash trash down into the trashcan to get their pictures done. **************** is absolutely god awful and take forever to return calls I have put in numerous complaints and so have multiple other tenants from my complex and other complexes around us. Do not if you can do business with this company

  I’m not sure how this company is even up and running given all the TERRIBLE reviews. I’ve never lived in an apartment that used this service till now and to say the least, it is the most frustrating and useless service I have EVER encountered.   This company is horrible. The staff are lazy and rude. They often skip picking up my trash. The regional manager lied and said my trash bag was overweight. I was able to lift the bag with no problem. When you contact support they act clueless and nothing is done about the issue. This company needs to be shutdown. I feel like they are retaliating against me for making complaints.

  Unprofessional and Irresponsible: A Retaliatory Nightmare I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this company, which proved to be completely unprofessional and reckless. We decided to cancel our contract with them, and rather than handling the situation professionally, they chose to retaliate in the most damaging way possible. After cancellation, they failed to fulfill their responsibilities, causing trash to pile up on our property. This led to a complete mess that was not only unsightly but also created potential health hazards. To make matters worse, they caused significant damage to our property in the space was astonishing. In the end, we had no choice but to ask them to leave our property completely, as their unprofessional behavior made it impossible for us to continue working with them. Their actions were not only disappointing but also completely unacceptable. I would strongly advise anyone considering their services to think twice and avoid the trouble we encountered.

  There's too many restrictions on a mandatory service that you pay $25 a month for. Bags have to be a certain size for pickup. Lids have to be closed. Cans have to be taken it. Small frames of pickup time. Meanwhile the dumpster overflows with garbage since it's hit at once by this service. Cans continuously get skipped. There's not an option to opt out. The garbage gets left out in the parking lot piled up sometimes. I've never been so stressed about my trash before. How are you going to make someone pay for something they don't want them give them rules to follow? At least give the option for opting out and not having to pay for it. I don't see the point in this service besides profit. It doesn't help residents who don't need it.

  I'm highly dissatisfied AGAIN with your company. On Sunday February 23 at 11:47 one of your employees came to my doorstep and picked up one bag. I had three. She put a note on my door, but didn't cite a violation. So, how would I know what I did? Meanwhile, my neighbor across the way didn't have their trash in the bin but outside the bin. I keep my trash in my bin. Today, I double bagged because I saw a rip. I didn't want anyone to get hurt. Today one of your employees did the same thing. I filed a BBB complaint and submitted a videos of your employees being incompetent. Tomorrow, I am talking to local news reporter to talk about your company and how you treat your customers. I've been a customer for 3 years and have to result to this. THIS IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNACCEPTABLE ESPECIALLY WHEN IT COMES TO MY MONEY.

  Try his company is unreliable, has ridiculous criteria for thrash and extremely negligent in performance. One of their employees broke a Christmas lamp of mine . I reported to the manager who assured me it would be addressed. The incident has never been acknowledged or resolved. The 4 day service is a joke. I am forced to pay the fee of$25 per month attached to my rent. I am not given the option to delete this service . They have left my trash far more often than they have taken away. This place is a scam

  This Company is a Scam. I'm in a lease that I considered was Very Much an Absolute incentive with Valet Living. I'm Disabled and live apart now from My Daughter. I've had 3 different issues and complained about 2 of them. Workers come late, if they even come at all. I am not the only Resident in My complex that have issues and made complaints about this company. This Company is Very Good and Practical for Many, but Needs to look more into workers and complaints and set forth Practice to implement Better remedies to reduce complaints and Care More about People who are Paying for Services that are at a minimum and or not being performed at all.

  I will start off by saying that I don't even use this service, but my neighbors do and I am forced to pay $25 a month for it. The neighbor across the hall puts her trash out and it sits for days before anyone comes to pick it up. It smelled so bad this week I had to contact the leasing office after 3 nights of it sitting there. This is the most expensive apartment I've ever lived in and there's smelly garbage sitting outside my door. It absolutely disgusting.They've also dropped trash and food (not mine) on the stairs and just left it there, which I personally cleaned up because I couldn't stand the smell anymore. I will never live in another apartment that uses this service.
