    If I could give this company zero stars, I would. In May I ordered a one time ship for smoking cessation gummies. I didnt receive a confirmation that the order was received, but did receive the gummies and a $199.88 charge on my account. I figured that was a fair price to quit smoking. Without notice, the company then charged my account again in June for the same price. When I called the number attached to the charge to cancel, it was inoperable. When I combed through my emails there were no notifications of an auto ship, no disclosure that I had signed up for anything, or that my account was going to be charged AGAIN for almost $200. $200 a month is an insane amount of money who can afford $2400 a year for gummies?! Without a way to contact the company, I contacted my bank and the money was returned. Buyer beware!

    I got 5 bottles of something random and got charged like $280. There is no company name or phone number on the packing slip. I demand a refund

    They deserve 0 stars. This stuff doesnt work and its a complete scam. They keep sending me bottles that i never ordered and i want my money but but they never leave a phone number a company name or legitimate address address. Theres a PO Box ****** ***** ******* Choice Brand Direct. The product is pure slum Keto plus ACV gummies. I want these to stop and my money back now.

    We do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. If you have not cancelled your account has rolled into a monthly subscription as agreed to by the terms and conditions (you had to agree to the terms to be able to place the order). We did not receive a cancellation request from you in the allotted time, so we naturally assumed that you were satisfied with the product and charged you accordingly, as agreed to by the Terms and Conditions.

    As per checking, your account was canceled and refunded 50% on 04/16/2024 as you agreed to keep the last order. Please allow 5-10 business days depending on your bank's processing time for the credit to reflect back to your account.

    Rest assured, you won't receive any further charges.
