              My mother recently had neurosurgery here, the experience when it comes to some of the nurses, a night nurse ** named ****** who has reddish/orangish hair up in a bun was horrible & prior to her it was ******* Their charge nurse specifically said, to have the give the report in front the patient, so u aware of everything being done or told. I asked ****** myself why no one ever came in or did the ************ claimed it was so chaotic & the previous ***************** didnt give her the report, but as I was leaving I saw them two speaking amongst themselves but why was there no report? Then on the day of discharge 6/8/2024 the nurse *********, was not very attentive neither was the *** on duty. Great thing I was there to help or I highly doubt my mother wouldve got the help that was needed. This was a terrible experience & then to give attitude on top of me having to pack a cart MYSELF & ROLL IT DOWN MYSELF.

              I am a breast cancer patient and my docotor utilizes this facility and I had the worst experience with the Nurses on the 7th FL East. Very dismissive and honestly I felt discriminated against. Very disappointed at staff. Reached out and filed a complaint with Customer Experience ************************* and Director of Operations ********************************* 3.1.24.I have yet to hear from anyone beside the fact Customer Experience is investigating. As a person of color with Stage IV Breast Cancer I am very disappointed especially when there is a known fact that woman of color does not receive proper health care treatment in facilities. Recieved food 4 hours after my procedure and it was incorrect. Staff is very unprofessional Nurse ****** (no longer there) I can go on.
