      Received OTC order. One item I ordered was Breakfast nutritional drink powder. I received a box of Carnation breakfast essentials classic French vanilla with 10 envelopes that you mix in a glass of milk. That part is good. What isn't good is the invoice in my order says weight is ***** oz. My 10 envelopes weigh 12.6 oz AND they charged me $22.00 for something I could buy at the grocery store for $5.23. PRICE GOUGING MUCH!! I called to complain. All it got me was passed around. Then there's the mail order pharmacy. I've tried to get my prescriptions set up for delivery for over a month. Told them I'm almost out. I get nowhere talking to anyone there. I can't believe I let someone talk me into leaving HUMANA for this. As soon as open enrollment comes around, I'm switching back!!!!!!!

      I agree with all the comments about the new OTC benefit. Im still waiting for an order placed on February 11th, I contacted customer service and they offered a lame excuse. I have now called and filed an official complaint.

      They don't really cover Hearing aids. I've been told I have hearing aids coverage but on trying to get them, I realized it isn’t really insurance. They've made a deal with ******* to be the only way we can use this money is to get them there. They have inflated prices and with the discount, I would owe 3,750 dollars. I can get the same quality many times cheaper, with better warranty. It's the same with eye exams.

      I wish I could give negative stars ! The most horrible company ever! They should be reported to the State for failure to maintain acceptable standards of care! This is the second hour I've been on hold; after the first hour the system hangs up. Spoke with 3 rep's who almost immediately put me back into the queue. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS MEDICARE PROVIDER!!! You will surely be disappointed!

      I have not received the OTC order that I ordered online on Jan 31, 2025. I called and spoke to a supervisor last week but received weak excuses. I emailed on Monday using the web sites e-inquiry function. No one has contacted me yet and it has been 4 days. They advertise daily about this benefit and are supposed to deliver within 14 business days. Must I complain to Medicare in order to get their attention?

      Optimum over the counter program is a JOKE! order first of the month, never receive it unless you call. Ordered 2/3, today 2/24 still not even in process. Guess I'll have to call again like I did last month but it took two hours to get through to a live person! Do NOT choose Optimum.

      Put in 2 months of orders which comes out to $350 of OTC orders and all I got was 1 toothbrush in a big box???? I will be finding a new ***************** this one is the biggest rip off for both customers and doctors alike.

      OTC used to be great, ordering and fast delivery. They changed and added more products and increased $$ benefit, but NO DELIVERY ... Tracking says "Sent to Vendor" and NOTHING. Great benefit not so great when it does not come.

      Well I tried to reach someone at phone number about my OTC order, rechargeable toothbrush which was ***** from our amount unfortunately did not work at all. I was on hold for 1 hour and 20 minutes, then I called another number Corporate in ***** another 20 minutes. Total was 1 hour and 40 minutes on hold. Very disappointed .This is not right you cant reach anyone if you have a problem with your account or an item.The doctors are great but the issue might be they are turning off their phones to clients.Not happy at all. Wasted 1 hour and 40 minutes what a waste. Absolutely terrible and you cant even email corporate, same phone system no one answers.****** *.
