Specifically, customer complaints allege they have paid a starting fee for one of various Airbnb Rental Arbitrage services, yet the business requests the customer pay more money to move forward. After customers have transferred the money and/or paid with their mobile app, they have not heard back from the business. When customers attempt to follow up about services, the business canceled the contract and blocked customers from all communications with the business, without refunding the full price of what was paid.
