      It will end up costing you more in the long run going with these lawyers. First time speeding ticket and still had to pay the ticket-pay the ticket clinic- and take the school to get points off my license. They did absolutely nothing except cost me more money. They used to be legit, but unfortunately not anymore. Also to call and get questions answered is next to impossible. Most do not even speak English very well that answer their phones or have very little information. Do not bother

      Florida bar rules prohibit lawyers from responding to reviews such as this with details of the case, unless we are authorized to do so. I haven't received such authorization so I can only reply in general terms.  We have been serving drivers since 1987...more than 5 million tickets defended so far. We offer a money-back guarantee for many citations, but not all.  There are certain exceptions based on the nature of the violation.  In this case the client was told on numerous occasions that traffic school may be ordered and there were no guarantees in this respect.  She acknowledged this on a recorded phone call, which we have reviewed in detail.  We will continue to try to help her and we will ask this court to remove the school (at no cost to the client), but there are no promises. We told her this before she hired us.  In addition, the client was not forced to use one of her lifetime traffic school elections.  This is a significant benefit to the client as well.

      I had the same horrible experience with the Ticket Clinic as the person who filed a complaint on here. I had received a citation for a speeding ticket and contacted The Ticket Clinic online to get the fee waived or at least lowered. I had used Ticket Clinic in the past and was happy with their services. This time, not so much. There was a traffic hearing in court which they said i did not have to attend, their attorney would handle everything. So I didn't attend. I think their attorney didn't do too much of anything! They got the 'points removed' - big deal! I could have done that myself without paying them $100 for their help (this was actually offered as an option on the citation stating I could take a course online and have no points assessed!) I still had to pay the FULL AMOUNT of the citation - $256! They did not get it waived and they did not even get the amount lowered! I feel it was a waste of my money. I tried to contact their customer support to complain and ask for a refund of my $100 - NO ONE even replied to my email from that company! Horrible customer service! And now Horrible results too! SAVE YOUR MONEY! I don't recommend them and won't ever use them again! If I could give them zero stars I would, but you have to click at least 1

      Florida Bar rules do not allow lawyers to reply to comments such as this one, with specific client details without the client's consent.  So I am forced to reply in general terms only.  If the client allows, I will gladly give more details about her case, her violation, her driving record etc...  Here's what I can say...By her own admission, she is a previous client, which means that this violation wasn't her first.  Courts look at the previous driving record! At the time that this client hired our law firm, our process was fully explained in writing.  Maybe she forgot to read the agreement, but we are very clear that court costs/fines may be imposed once the case was resolved.  It's in the written agreement that she signed. Most people are very happy if they receive: no points, no traffic school (4 hours of time and a fee must be paid) no conviction on their record, no insurance rate increase, no missed work and no court appearance....and by the way we did all of this for less than $100!  Some people refuse to read the information that we provide (even though they sign the document) and then they complain.  This is one of those examples. We have been helping FL drivers since 1987...more than 5 million cases resolved to date.  No matter how hard we try and how well we do, some people just won't be happy and like to blame others for their actions.  Unfortunately, we just can't help some people.
