    I hired this company to be my lawyers in regard to a traffic ticket I received in **************. Once I paid them somewhere around 500 dollars I never heard from them again until nearly 6 months later through one letter. In this correspondence I was informed in this letter that "after conferring with the citing officer and reviewing evidence against me a trial would likely find me guilty" so without conferring with me they put in a plea of no contest. This now costs me $376 in a court penalty fee plus the cost to take traffic school in addition to their lofty fee. I could have done all of this on my own if no contest was my desired result. I was not asked or even reached out to to see if that is what I wanted. I am positive I had enough evidence to win a trial (including personal medical records which would have immediately exonerated me) but due to their complete disregard of my personal wishes they went ahead and came to this end game. Unacceptable. When I reached out to the company the person I spoke with was ****, cavalier and generally rude. They repeated what I hypothesis to be their general disclaimer, "Well, there is always a possibility of this kind of outcome" and when I pressed them on their lawyer, ******* ****** not so much as contacting me to ask if I was okay with a no contest plea, they asked if I wanted the lawyer to reach out to me. I said yes and added that I had always wanted that. There should be no decisions based on my case made unilaterally. This has been a very disturbing experience to say the least. ** I am still waiting for a call from lawyer extraordinaire, ******* ******. Best I can say about this "Law Firm" is they are the exception to the old adage, "Representing yourself gives you a fool for a client" as the only fool in this case is the one who hires The Ticket Clinic. Thank you for the space to air my grievances.

    On May 29th, 2024, I hired The Traffic Ticket after receiving a speeding ticket for $281. The police officer informed me that if I paid the ticket and took the required classes, it would not affect my driving record, increase my insurance, or add points to my license. However, when I contacted The Traffic Ticket, their representative told me this was incorrect and that the ticket would indeed affect my driving record. They asked me to submit the ticket for review, which I did, and they agreed to take my case. I then paid $99.00 for their service. The case went to court on July 17th, and the outcome was exactly as the police officer had originally stated: I had to pay the $281.00, and no points were added to my license, provided I took the classes. This is something I could have resolved on my own without paying the additional $99.00. Given that the result was the same as initially stated by the police officer, I am requesting a refund of the $99.00 based on their advertised money-back guarantee.

    The client is not completely wrong.  While she does not qualify for a money-back guarantee per our terms and conditions (based on facts of the case/infraction and the county where ticket was issued), we are going to honor it anyway.  The client was not forced to use one of her 5 lifetime traffic school elections due to our efforts.  That is a huge benefit for her. We have been trying to contact this client for days without success.  We are going to try and convince the court to delete the traffic school requirement.  If we are unsuccessful, we will issue a full refund even though the client does not qualify for it.  We ALWAYS strive for complete client satisfaction.  We have handled well over 5 million tickets to date.  We want to do all that we can to help this client and if we do not obtain the desired result, we will gladly issue a full refund as she requested.
