**************************************************************** business is disorganized and will not stay true to a quote. I called a different repair company and the person that showed up was from Delta Appliances. After assessing the issue they gave me a quote for the part and the labor. The person told me that the part I needed was $132 and the total cost for the repair would be $275 and if I decided to use him I would have to pay quote minus the $75 for him to come as do the diagnostic assessment. He told me that they use sears Appliances to order parts. While still in my house I showed him the part he said I needed was $46 on the manufacturer's (LG) and on the Sears website the part was $52. I told him I would order the part myself and just pay for the installation. I receive a call from the company saying if i wanted to proceed it would cost $200. ($275 minus the $75 I already spent). I told them about my conversation and even called the technician he then told me the cost for the installation would be $175 so I would have to pay $100 + taxes. 4 calls later everyone is acting confused and the company is still telling me its $200 this feels like a scam not bad communication.

Do not hire them they are undependable as they stood e up for my appointment and never called me waited 3 hours

******************* entered my home on 10/23/23 at about 9:30 pm with another man by the name of ****** to fix my ac. Within less than an hour my ac was fixed and they were gone. During this time I was told they needed an outlet to plug this huge hvac they brought with them which was not needed because nothing was leaking, but I didn't think about it at that time. I allowed them access to my bedroom to plug it up in my bathroom and stayed downstairs as they did their job. Ac was fixed, they left about 10:10 pm and then I left to the hospital where I was kept for observation until Tuesday about 4 pm. I came home that day slept, went to work Wednesday and then about 8:30 pm went to use my laptop and noticed it was gone! I immediately called ***** and of course he said they didn't take anything and tried to make me seem crazy. My laptop stays in my room on my desk at all times. Once I noticed that was gone I also noticed they rummaged through some jewelry boxes. After he answered that first call he wouldn't pick up anymore and just started texting me. I also found it weird that on Tuesday morning at 8:02 am I had a missed call (as I was in the hospital), and then he texted me to ask about the ac. I thought he was going the extra mile, but really he was trying to see if I had noticed my laptop was gone as he didn't know I was hospitalized. ******************* needs to be put out of business as this is a cover for him to violate innocent peoples trust! I am now out of a $400 rose gold HP laptop which has all my personal information. These men use there business for criminal purposes! SHUT THEM DOWN!

AVOID! DO NOT USE - If I could give less than one star I would. I called them to fix my dishwasher on 6/30 it is now 7/22 - after over 5 visits it still is not working. Sure, the repair man was very nice but obviously not capable. So I have spent $340.00 and 25 hours of time off from work to have nothing but aggravation. DO NOT USE!
