Asking for. Full refund of the scans and the future scan program. They stated they refunded the future scans however this has not been refunded to date. In addition we asked for a full refund in the scan that was taken as well and no one has responded I have sent a couple emails. I will list why we are seeking full refund on everything except the ****** original payment below:1. We went in for a couples scan at ****** which was what I was expecting when we got there they placed us in a room and basically scared us with indicating this scan can catch cancer in time and how a women who never smoked had a bad heart and needed surgery, in addition they rushed us and wanted us to take a package charging us over ******. 2. They made us sign a contract in which they did not verbally go over. They stated we can cancel with 90 days to get a full refund which to me is a full refund everything we paid! They also stated the additional scans we did not need to use by a certain date however contract stated you did when I read it in the car. They did not say this in the office.3. I went home and did research since they did not give us time in the office nor informed us that in the appointment they would be trying to sell us a huge pack instead of the deal I wanted ****** on the internet later I read that full body scans are an not effective screening and early detection tool and are not recommended by the **** They can show false positives, you are at risk to get cancer from the ** scan, they also stated if you get a scan there is prep work like not eating 3-4 hours before. None of this information was said. If this would have been provided I would not have gotten anything done that day at all!! I canceled the next day when they opened.4. I dont know if the the guy I spoke to heard anything because he was laughing at me for what I found on the internet but we got results which I did not want. Since I canceled I dont trust the results. horrible experience and dont trust this
