    You guys blocked me on everything, my phone number, and number i try to call from, social media, the portal, all because i said i was afraid to do the lipo because i had JUST had emergency surgery and had my gallbladder removed. I felt it wasnt safe because i was having complications post gallbladder removal and ended up back in the ** i also said i could provide all these medical records but you blocked me. I never price shopped i was getting texts from different places and asked why the price was different because i thought it was you guys texting me. To be treated so inhumanely, id be deathly afraid to trust this company with my health and safety considering they were mean to me for being AFRAID after a traumatic and emergent unexpected surgery. Like how cruel to make someone who is having anxiety and feeling scared feel like they have no other option but to be forced to do lipo when they are AFRAID after just having their stomach cut open.. an then they keep your $2500 and block you so you not only get the money back but they refuse to reschedule an provide a service that u paid over half for... the contract states the deposit is non refundable and $2,000 is due two weeks before scheduled lipo, well i never got the lipo and its not scheduled and you are refusing to schedule so why are you keeping my money? This is why doctor ***** is leaving to go to that other surgery center because you make him look bad with the way you mistreat and rob people. Karma is real.

    Your money was returned to you. We do not have any of your money. You were never forced to do anything.  You chose to continue rescheduling surgery and then continued to not show up.  Our communications with you during your recent surgery reflected that your Dr. stated you were safe to move forward with liposuction 3 weeks after your procedure which you wanted to do. We were happy to reschedule your surgery date to accommodate your healing for you at no additional charge. During that time you were price shopping surgery with other places asking for more discounts. You then asked for a refund now stating you are not able to get surgery. As we continued to get threatened by you, yelling, using profanity we then communicated with you that we will speak directly with your counsel and not accept your communication anymore. Your continual harassment is leading us to take legal action against you for false allegations.  We are very clear with all of our communication as shown in our public reviews with patients. This is not a case regarding safety, this is clearly a case of wanting to go somewhere else at a lower price.

    Stop lying i never "threatened" you i have all the messages saved. I never "harrassed" you, you took my money and i never got it back!! You told the bank i could not have it back because of a contract that again only states the deposit was non refundable but the additional $2000 i gave you that was due two weeks before surgery, you still have even though no surgery was done or scheduled. Please provide proof of where i was shopping or asking for discounts?? AGAIN (as stated to you a million times) i have HOSPITAL records of emergency surgery on my stomach and hospital records of me going to the ** the same time i would have been getting lipo. All my ** visits (post emergency surgery) ate documented and like i told you i could provide all this which probes i was having complications post surgery like stated in all the phone calls and messages i sent you. You cant lie about things that can be proven i also have the statements from the bank saying i cant get my money back. You are keeping my money without providing the service. Stop lying to these people to get business when the truth is you are more concerned with money than your patients safety. It is unethical and again that is why i was told ************* is leaving you and going to bodze because he was tired of the bad business and way you treat customers. I have called bodze to see if the doctor i was supposed to get surgery with (*************) could do it there because AGAIN you took my money for a service you did not provide. I asked if i can pay the difference and do it there if thats what you refer to as trying to get a discount somewhere else, no thats me trying to get the service i paid you for and never received.
