      This app awards money for completing offers such as goals for games, or surveys. Upon completing the stated task, the amount of money is awarded to your account. This instance, I completed an offer that states "make an in-app purchase". You can see in the screenshot that the purchase was registered with a green checkmark. The app offers "Turbo Earnings" that need to be accomplished within a certain timeframe. As you can see in the photo, each of the goals were reached, but instead have a gray box indicating that funds were NOT issued to the account.

      When I went to open my KashKick today to check my earnings balance. There was nothing in my account. Everything looked as it reset and had nothing in it. I had over $320 in rewards and pending rewards waiting as I was to complete them soon. One for upside $15. Completed $300 in monopoly rewards and ********* 3 around $10 completed rewards. With some additional surveys completed. Upon accessing my KashKick account today to verify my earnings balance, I discovered that it was empty. The account appeared to have been reset, devoid of any funds. Notably, I had accumulated over $320 in rewards and pending rewards that were awaiting completion. One reward offered an upside of $15. I had completed $300 in Monopoly rewards and FarmVille 3, with approximately $10 worth of rewards completed. Additionally, I had completed a few surveys.

      ******** advertised an offer on their platform for the mobile game Bingo Blitz. The parameters included timed tasks that were to be completed in-game in a set number of days. I completed the tasks in the set timeframe, received the credits, and went to withdraw my balance. Now ******** has removed all the timed tasks payouts and claims "progress is not genuine" with no further explanation. I want the rewards I earned fairly. It is fraudulent to set rewards based on times parameters and then discredit my account because I progressed too quickly.

      I downloaded kashkick and won a small amount of money (<$25) by playing some of the advertised games. I requested to cashout what I had won and never recieved the payout. I reached out to customer service and was told the issue would be taken care of. I have tried to login to my account since then and found that my account had been deactivated.

      I have been play testing on KashKick for a few months. On June 11, 2025 I decided to cash out for the $83 Id made. I had trouble doing so , it kept saying it was having issues verifying my email. The email I signed up with is different than the email connected to my ******. Then it went through and I received an email saying theyre successfully revived my request. Next day I was logged out of the app and after many attempts a pop up appeared saying my account was closed and to contact support. I called twice and emailed them. They are claiming I violated their terms by having multiple IDs for verification so my account is closed a they will not speak of when there supposed violations took place after I explained. They will not respond as to if Ill be paid for my work or not and I find it very convenient this happens that day after my first and only cash out attempt. I simply want whats due at this point to the hours of my life Ill never get back. I didnt do anything to violate terms and didnt change my information, dont have multiple accounts or IDs for **********************. They refuse to communicate further, Ive had no issue entering in my payment method on other testing sites.

      There have been no resolutions and no good faith conversations only baseless accusations aimed at me so they can wash themselves of paying me for my honest work. Theyve ghosted the conversation numerous times. The only way they would resume contact is by myself leaving reviews on site of my experience. Their app pulled personal data from my ****** account and transferred it into the profile I had for the app and no matter how many times Ive explain it, they will not speak in good faith, they will not change their minds and they refuse to pay me for the hours of work I put in. They arent solution oriented and I wish I wouldve looked at reviews beforehand as theyve done the same thing to many others. I know they wont pay me, as theyve just wasted time with intermittent contact over the last 3 weeks

      They are performing surveys taking answers from people promising to pay and then when you reach the amount of money required to kashout it wants to take a picture of a document proving identity, you have to allow permission for the camera but camera is not even included in the permissions to be allowed making it be a misleading dishonest app/business..!

      I am seeking a resolution for a current flag on my account. I have reached out to the company with multiple emails and have yet to receive a response- which is not the normal experience for me. I am hoping to provide necessary information to support my claim in order to access my account once again. I have thoroughly enjoyed the privilege to use this platform and have never had any prior issues other than delayed tracking in a couple of instances, but support has always responded promptly to address my concerns and ensure that everything has been tracking accordingly. I would like for KashKick to extend the courtesy of investigating the matter further as a user of the platform with an extended history of over a year without any abuse of terms of service. I am open to seeking a resolution outside of the BBB public record and closing this matter as resolved, provided that my account is reinstated in good faith.       This company advertises that they will pay you for surveys. It provides you with a list of surveys and when you begin one and spend several minutes working on it, thinking that you will get paid with the amount the offer stated after you almost completely finished the survey and only have a few questions left. They will kick you out of the survey and say it wasn't a good fit and then not pay you. I've spent several minutes doing these surveys only to never be paid because of this practice. Unfair labor that is never compensated.

      Kashkick rewards users who play their games and meet requirements within timelines and give out rewards. I completed my requirements in a timely manner and waited the full amount of time to receive my compensation. It took over a month for the rewards to clear and I asked for my payout in the amount of $400. At that point the withdrawal was under review and then my account was suspended. Kashkick is refusing to accept my support evidence that I submitted. They also claim that they can determine if the user was "genuinely interested" in any gaming offers. The subjectivity of that is just preposterous. they also claimed that I cheated and I asked them to give me proof after I submitted my purchase receipts and they did not respond, unsurprisingly. They seem to be a crooked business.

      The business is not cooperating with the BBB. Kashkick is also directing me to contact them directly which I have done previously and they ignored me. Attached is a screenshot of the last 2 emails I sent to them and how they've never responded. In addition, they've hounded me with spam for their services even after they've told me that my account is suspended which I've also included a screenshot for.

      I completed several offers for True finance through Besitos Corp on May 31 2025, I was never paid and was told that I compteted offers too fast so the system blocked me. The offers have a time limit and a created to be done fast. You are offer extra incentives for completing offers faster. My account was never restored.
