    On or around September 5, 2024, I started using a rewards app called kashkick. It was recommended by my banking app Chime as a way of earning extra money. I started playing a game called domino dreams and quickly earned the first reward of $30. The next reward was $70. I continued to play and quickly found out that next reward was quite a bit harder to reach than the first. To get the reward you must complete required levels within the timeframe allowed. I was confident I could reach the next reward and I began making In-app purchases to reach this goal. This is not something that I do regularly, but I had already earned $30 and was fairly sure I could reach the $70. I spent $111 on this app. But I knew I could reach the next reward if I kept playing. I need to complete chapter 10 to get $70. I was at chapter 10 and I had 7/9 tasks completed. Only 2 tasks to go and 8 hours to finish. Then the App started crashing. Every time I tried to play, the game would crash. I contacted Kashkick also the developers of domino dreams. I received a vague response from kashkick saying I should contact them again after I was able to complete chapter 10. The developers did not respond to me until 6 days later. They said that compensation for those affected by the crashes would be in the works. I replied to both companies that I wasnot satisfied with their responses I asked to be granted my $70 reward because I was not able to play the game because they could not fix their issue. If I could not get the $70, then I wanted to be refunded the $111. I paid into the app. Both kashkick and ********* offer no solution and will not even respond to my emails. Also, kashkick will not release the $30 i earned for the first reward. I feel totally scammed and helpless. And I feel ganged up on. I just want my money back because none of this was my fault. This was false advertising. My kashkick account is under ****************** and I played the game with ****** account **********************

    Thank you. I have received compensation from kashkick and I am satisfied with this result. My complaint also involved Domino Dreams and I still seek resolution with them. I will file a separate complaint against ************* as I have not received any response to my request. Thank you BBB for your help.

    I followed terms playing star trek game for rewards and kept playing after their site showed tracking of install and my purchase. I finished the game offer in first week of july 2024 and haven't been credited $60 for level 20 or $90 for level 22 So I'm not sure if robots were replying or if they submit manual credit requests with their advertised,etc? Like their website mentions to do if credit doesn't show in account.

    I still haven't heard about manually getting help with offer credit and advertiser like your website talks about.  So if this isn't the case you should not advertise this like other sites in your genre do?  

    How could advertiser reject me when the install and purchase tracked on your site?  This sounds like a bait and switch.

    I just want the transparency that you don't actually manually submit offer proof to advertisers and work with them on behalf of your users?

     

    Your website suggests reporting offers that don't credit.  Why not just tell us if it doesn't track we won't get credit?  Then we won't have false hope.

    So im using the website KashKick and Im trying to cash out but im asked to verify my SSN (social security number) and a form of ID Verification. Which is quite insane, im assuming that they require this beca they deemed my gains were illegitimate due to completing the offer given to me fairly easily, although I most definitely completed the offer legitimately and around the same time as others.I have contacted the KashKick support team but all I have received back from them was You need to use a valid and up-to-date US government-issued form of documentation, such as an ID, driver's license, or passport to pass the verification and the submitted photo needs to contain a direct picture of a document as opposed to a scanned document or a picture of a document displayed on the screen. and Thank you for reaching out to us, **** here. These are our procedures to reduce fraud. You can read everything about it in our TOS and FAQ. We are using Plaid for verification and you can also check that. We take everything seriously, stating review won't help much, especially if there is nothing that we can fix for you and we did nothing wrong in this case.All Im asking is for me to receive and be able to cash out $80 (US Dollars) that I was offered without having to go through an outrageous process especially one that involves my SSN that is most definitely not through Plaid for verification.

    KashKick is an app to help you get a little extra money. One of the options is cash back deals. ***** was one of the cash back deal options. You had to enroll and set up your first payroll direct deposit within 30 days and be a new chime member. I did all of these and now they are telling me I do not qualify due to a $10 deposit that was not a payroll direct deposit. No where in there details does it say that the first deposit made period needs to be a payroll direct deposit. It says that your first payroll direct deposit needs to be within 30 days and at least $200. New members only. Thats what I did and they are denying my cash back deal of $240.

    I downloaded a game that they offer rewards on. Did in-app purchases to win the levels required for $96 worth of rewards. The company never once had an issue with my account until the day I requested the $96 be sent to my ****** account. Then all the sudden they have to review my account for cheating and wont pay me what they promised. Why does an American based company get to keep ripping people off. It even says when you get ready to down load that in-app purchases will help you complete the rewards. They con-artists because they give people false hope that they will get paid if they reach certain levels. Im not the one that set the level requirements. Whats the difference between a company doing a Ponzi scheme and this. Im buying in app purchases to complete levels to get rewards when they arent paying out any money. By looking at other complaints its obvious its a scam.

    Husband tried to verify account for withdrawal and after it failed inco tacted them from work and said I would verify when I got home I got home and verified then the *** said ifnindidnt say what he wanted me to say which admit to something that wa a lie he would ban account so finally I said what ever and said what he told me to say then he immediately banned account and disconnected chat. Someone in a power trip apparently but very bad business had over 30 dollars on the account from competing surveys and offers which I can't touch now. Sounds fishy to men

After he asked me to send in verification he said he was going to ban the account because I would not change my story of what happened.     Offers credited, ID verified, 3 weeks of waiting. Got 1st cashout, then banned on 2nd for same offer money that had sat 3 weeks. Was polite, then was ignored. Why send 1 cashout then refuse the next for the same exact earnings that were sitting, unless it's sadly an excuse not to payout. I liked this site also, but seems like whatever you send, there's always another reason to follow not to get your money. Was always polite, only writing this bc I never got my earnings after 3 hard weeks.

    I am a single parent of four and I was looking for ways to supplement my income to make ends meet and signed up for Kash Kick, a mistake that has cost me time and money. The service has you sign up for things to get rewards and once you completed the task, your reward should be available after 30 days and that is not the case. I have received noting and lost money during this process.I signed up for Chime and funds deposited as instructed and they will not release my reward. Their support service keep telling me to send confirmation of completion in and make it more of my job to continue to fight for what I earned.I signed up for **** and received the cash advance as required and when you pay that advance back you do pay fees so I lost money there and Kask Kick support still has no given me a reward. Again, I send in the information needed to prove I completed the task and once again nothing.The support system is basically back and forth emails no phone number to call, I feel like I have been scammed and worse off than where I started.
