            Date 12/13 Amount is $300 1 for $100 and 1 for $200 This is the ************** that I stayed until the 13th I paid in full for the stay on 12/9 $364.95 to have hand surgery at Tampa General. I checked out on the morning of 12/13 to drive back home as I wasn't feeling well. I had bad pain as I woke up during the surgery. I called an ambulance and had to have emergency surgery as my appendix was inflamed When I looked at my CC statement, there were 2 extra charges at 2 different times. 1 for $100 at 10:05 am and 1 for $200at 11:30am . I disputed the charges and the bank said its a charge for the stay. They sent the 2 unsigned manual charges as proof. First of all I left and they were done different times and $100 and $200 exactly makes no sense with no backup. The hotel clerk was very arrogant when I called so I am requesting your help.

            If I could leave no stars, I would. This hotel is falsely advertised. After booking my reservation I arrived and was told they did honor have it available. The room they gave me instead, they charged me the same price. There was a moldy smell as soon as you left the first floor. They told me they did not have any extra blankets when I asked for one for the sofa bed my kids now had to use because the 2 queen suite was no longer available (even though I reserved it). I asked for extra towels and never got them. The tv would not work. The bathroom was disgusting, the door would not even shut. 10/10 would not recommend staying here, you are better off sleeping in your car.
