            I paid around $58 for a ticket to Gasparilla Music festival last April for Saturday and the event was canceled due to poor weather. It was advertised as rain or shine and refunds were said to be coming but no one has heard anything since august. I have made many attempts to communicate with the foundation on all platforms available (even ones weve previously communicated on) and they have been avoiding everyone who inquired about their refund.

            Gasparilla Music Festival happened April ***** of 2023. I purchased a Saturday GA ticket prior to the festival. On the Saturday I was supposed to attend the Festival was completely cancelled due to severe weather. Keep in mind I did not even walk through the gates of the Festival and would imagine most did not even because of how early it got cancelled. We were promised refunds but the most current update pertaining to our refunds was almost identical to the first update we received months ago. The only information that was different about the update was the excuse of why it is was cancelled in the first place but no ETA on when our refunds might hit what so ever. The entire festival is waiting to be refunded for Saturday. They also made us all aware that they are preceding with the festival in ****. This makes no sense to me as we wait for our refunds they are in pre-production of the next festival which most likely takes money (permits, vendors, artists fees, etc.) to do so. This is very unfair and extremely unprofessional. I will now never attend this festival all due to how it is run.
