  I had a very similar experience when I ordered *** gummies as a supposed one-time order. I received the 3 month's supply *** gummies as well as two month's supply of detox supplements I did not order. Actually, the detox supplements worked well for me. However, the next month I received 6 bottles of the *** gummies and whopping $369 charge on my credit card. I had to complete a super deep dive into ****** to locate a customer service number. Finally, I was able to contact customer service and request a credit which all handled in one phone call. I also sent a cancellation email. The $369 charged was reversed from my credit charge in 24 hours. The customer service individual told just to keep the product, no need to return it.No problems with the products themselves and worked as designed. It was just the 'recurring' monthly payment issue. Not good business practices in several areas previously discussed elsewhere on this blog.

  THIS IS A SHAM COMPANY! DON'T ORDER FROM THEM! ****Customer Service Contact # 1 Eight Five 5 8 Six 6 -Seventy 23**** On June 20,2023 I placed an order from an AD (1st mistake), for CBD gummies. When I received the order, it was also accompanied by another supplement. I was unable to make contact with then for a return and refund, displeased with the charge of $199 when i only wanted to order a product that cost $60. The next month I saw a charge on my card for $129.99 dated 7/25. I never received any order. Looking at my statement, there was no contact information, just the company name. I did a google search the company name, as it appeared on my statement and found a contact number. The number was one I could never get a person at. I also found reviews that listed the same experiences I was having. The BBB does not even rate this business. I contacted my credit card company to file a wrongful charge complaint. It was my Credit Card company that was able to supply me with a contact number to their customer service. After over an hour on the line with a lady that I could barely understand or hear for all of the background noise; I was informed that another charge was made to my account for $129.99 on 8/25. I finally got refunds for both of the charges (July and Aug) and a cancellation confirmation. I was put on hold about 15 times; and was offered 2 different discounts. one for 20% and one for 50% off, even after telling the rep I do not want your products, i wanted to send the original order back, but couldn't get ahold of your company. I just want my money refunded to me that was charged for orders I didn't receive or want. The rep tried using multiple stall tactics and persuasion to sidetrack me. I think I am done with them????? Now the wait for the refunds.

  Wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered from this company!But of course they are doing business under the name of "Super Health" and not "Bio Science".Placed my original order, same as others here have, and got more then I bargained for. Bad Enough.Now I have discovered they have hit my credit card again for additional funds. This was not authorized and no additional product has been received! Have a dispute going with my credit card company, we'll see how that goes!

  Total scam. I ordered one bottle and somehow it turned into a subscription. I managed to get a hold of someone and cancelled. I will see if it actually happens. I lost $600 to these people.

  Please shut this business down. This is a total scam company taking people's money and praying on the elderly. They talked my 86 year old mother into getting 3 bottles of their gummies for $90 ($30 per bottle) and ended up charging her $199 for the bottles and then another $69.00 for a detox pill that she did not order. I wanted a refund for her stating they did not charge her correctly (charged too much) and the bottles contained ingredients that she could not take because of her medications and medical complications. They first tried to say they would give a discount instead. I kept insisting on a refund. They gave me very specific instructions on how to return the items which I completed exactly as they asked. They said as soon as they received the product back (which cost me another $11.00 to ship back) they would process a refund within 2-3- weeks. I have not seen a dime and it has been over 2 months. My mom only has her social security to live on and has a hard time making ends meet. This company is literally taking food out of her mouth.

  I too was scammed by them, paid original 129.99 then got then another 89.99 1 month later but of course no product {diet gummies} Luckily I didnt use a credit card but an atm card so changed the card so they can no longer take my money! Hopefully these people will people will be shut down!

  Definitely stay away from this business.. purchased what I thought was gonna be about 80 bucks they threw in some extra and total was $260 after checkout then they take out off my account $200 bucks each month for two months till I noticed.. still havent been refunded so about $600 for 80 dollars worth of vitamins

  Major rip offf, keep sending, they DO NOT work and they keep charging and sending. I did not agree to this and my credit card company is having to deal with it. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS VENDOR!!!!

  Horrible product and company.You purchase one month and they keep billing you $99.99 monthly even if you turn off your credit card AND return the product.DON'T PURCHASE THROUGH THEM!I'm fighting my bank to get 3 months of extra payments taken off!HORRIBLE!!!!!!

  I started an order on 5/3/2023 for one bottle os cbd gummies. After almost two weeks the one bottle turned into 6 bottles - cost was $199.00. Apparently someone mis-understood the order. I was also charged another $60.00 for capsules. I immediately contacted them by email. After back and forth correspondence which was contradictory on their part, the last correspondence was that I needed to do a 3-way conversation with them from my bank with me on the line. When I contacted mastercard today they informed me that $199.00 was credited. From the beginning I was told that I would get a refund, and yet they would never give me the address! My rep at MC would not do the 3-way since I was credited. However, no refund has been given on the $60.00 capsules which I did not order; rather they said I did not read the directions correctly. I will not use this product as I have no idea if it is safe now! They did finally tell me that I could keep the products! Nope - don't trust them!
