If you don't cancel your account within 30 days of the order date, your initial purchase automatically enrolls you in a monthly subscription. As per checking, one of the representatives assisted you and refunded your account $329.64 on 02/07/2023.

    I ordered dermaglow cream only o selected the no for the other serium almost a year ago, recieved it on a 14 day trial for $7.83 They sent both the other was $7.91 . Both were debited on 01/23/22 i received them almost 10 day later on a friday, i was upset that they sent both products after i said no to the second product on monday i DECITED to return them both and called to get a return number but the phone number was i correct. On tuesday i spent the entire day tracking his copany down and finally got a return authorization number from themvafter ARGUING with the man for almostan hour over the ********************************************************************************** 2 days what kind of **** is that, i never even I have not opened the bottles and I did not order the second one you sent and charged me for. So i send them back as directed by registered mail return receipt requested and made them sign for the package. It was recievdd per the US ************** and I called the man Issues a partial credit of $ 50 and $30 until he got info from the warehouse he said within30 days. 30 days passed I called back he stats e has not got work from ************* can I email a copy ofthe postal recietandreturnrma # to them i complied, thenanote 2 weeks went by. I call back he said he did to receive the email so i re send it again. Another months passes, I call back and get a woman shesaid henees time to research and find out what hapened. I call back 2 weeks later she asked did i get the efax check. No i did not get any efax check. I said you know has an on going on going problem for over 8 months what is it going ttake to actualy get my money back this is crazy, there is no easy money back guarantee. This is the most horrific experience i have ever had. I have been promised to get my money back by at least 5 people but i still do not have it. These people do not t ******. I have called at 8 am 10 am 12 pm 2 pm it always says it is pat their normal busiess hours now. I believe hey must have new number, the only way i ot that number was from another company called derm aglow but they do microdermabrasion. That man said he must get 29 calls a day about drama glow cream FROM ANGRY PEOPLE WANTING THEIR MONEY BACK. HE ALSO SAID WE SHOULD HALL THEM INTO COURT AND HE WOULD GLADLY TESTIFY FOR EVERY ONE OF US. I WANT ALL MY MONEY BACK. I DIDN'T OPEN THESE BOTTLES THEY CHARGED ME AN0THER $105.88 & $109.88 plus it cost me $9.43 to ship it back. Minus the $30 and $50 They still owe me $162.90 i would like all my money refunded to my card, they claimed they could not refund to that no true i stil have that same card.

We do not offer sample sizes or gifts. We send you an entire 30-day supply and allow you to try our products accessible for 17 days at only the cost of shipping and handling. Suppose you do not cancel within the trial upon expiration. In that case, you are billed the retail price of the products and enrolled in an automated shipping program designed to save you from the inconvenience of having to place the order every 30 days manually. 

    The terms are listed on our website, and it has to be agreed to by checking off the terms box to be able to place an order. Unfortunately, in some cases, our customers do not read over the terms before agreeing to them in some cases. We do list our phone number and email address in our emails, product labels, and packing slips so customers are able to contact us if they are not sure of the terms or have any questions about the products.

    Your trial started when you placed the order last 01/23/2022 and ended on 02/09/2022, but we didn't receive any call from you. Thus, your account was charged for the retail prices of the products.

    We have cancelled your account and issued a refund of $80.00 on 02/16/2022. We tried to process the remaining refund back to your account but we encountered an error. As an alternative, we went ahead and issued your refund of $135.76 through an electronic check. Please note that we strictly cannot reimburse the return shipping fee incurred in the return process. Please check your email ************************* within **** business days.

    I did not realize this was a recurring monthly subscription as that information was buried in their special offer ad. After I received my second shipment in May 2022, I called to cancel. I didnt receive any more product, but they continued to bill my bank account over $200 per month for the next 5 months before I realized what was happening. I have my bank investigating.

If you have not cancelled your account has rolled into a monthly subscription as agreed to by the terms and conditions (you had to agree to the terms to be able to place the order). We did not receive a cancellation request from you in the allotted time, so we naturally assumed that you were satisfied with the product and charged you accordingly, as agreed to by the Terms and Conditions.

    As per checking, your account was cancelled and refunded $100.00 on 11/02/22. As a one time courtesy, we went ahead and issued an additional refund of $115.76 without the need to return the products. Please allow **** business days depending on your bank's processing time for the credit to reflect back to your account.

    Rest assured, the account is canceled and you won't receive any further charges.

    I seen an ad for a 14 day trial for face cream for seven dollars and change so I applied for it. 14 days later I had over $200 taken out of my account from this company and I hadnt received anything from them. Well I called customer service and they told me they were going to hang up on me bc I was upset and crying. The rude lady told me that my order had already been shipped out and all I had to do was return it and I would get a refund well I never received anything from them. So I called them and they tried to give me less than what they took out of my account so I refused giving them my money for no reason at all. I then disputed the charge thru cashapp and that's when I received an email saying to call them and they would resolve the issue asap so I canceled the dispute and called them. They wanted me to have cashapp call them and tell them the dispute was canceled on a 3 way call with me. Cashapp doesnt do that and why they need that is beyond me. They can see for themselves the dispute is cancelled. So I don't know what to do. I just want my money back and to forget all about these people who are scamming innocent people out of their money. If they would have told me the trial begins the day I order the lotions I would have never participated in it. These people need to be stopped it's been over 6 months and I still havent gotten my money back. Please help I don't know what else to do except get a lawyer.

    The business offered a "free sample" of the products for only shipping fees. They stated that Jennifer A****** wanted to give away thousands of samples of this"miracle cream" to show the "miraculous" effects.There were no other stipulations regarding a two week trial, which i wasn't informed about until i was able to contact them through the number provided with my debit card statement AFTER being billed. Then was informed that must be cancelled within two weeks or they charge full price for the products. They did not provide any information as to where to call or write to cancel the trial subscription with either product delivered. The label has no address nor phone number. The products do not perform as advertised either. This is an outright scam that took 215.00 out of my social security pay. That is money which i cannot afford and would have never spent. I'm very curious to know if Ms A****** knows of how this merchant is deceiving and ripping off her potential clients in this manner and if she would approve...
