I purchased their book in 2022, (9/16), and they charged me monthly since that time. I was not aware of this charge and I would like a refund and a discontinuation of all charges. I cancelled the subscription in September of 2022 and they have continued to bill me without my knowledge. I would say they should be brought up on charges for fraud, but I just would like my money and a stop in billing.Business response

Unfortunately, we have yet to receive a response from him. However, to ensure all customer's concerns are met, we canceled and refunded all charges he complained about to his credit card. I ordered a book "The Exodus Effect" for $49 and then was charged monthly for a subscription into the Prayer Warrior Network which was billed on my credit card for 31 months ($18/month) without my knowledge or approval. My original order made on Sept. 17, 2021 was order number C171F33AF8. I received the book but did not know I was part of a network and receive no benefits or services for my unwanted, unasked for participation. This organization is falsely using a name of a ******************* and then is counting on buyers not noticing they are being billed monthly by them.Business response

This company is a joke. I bought product and a book and they signed me up for monthly subscription. When calling them to get all subcription based charges credited. They would only credit two months worth and they been charging me for over a year - because they said I signed up for the prayer network! lol - they try to represent themselves as a religious organization - with a healing oil - yet they are ripping off the public. Look at the rating on the BBB - and dont ever order anything from this scam of a companyBusiness response

I bought a book from this company on 12 JUL 2022 (which we think they charged more than the listed price, I am working on that right now)... but after that they charged us every month ($19.44 through nov2022 and then $9.67 through nov 2023)... we just caught this on our credit card statement... we have disputed the charges with our credit card company... this company has reports like this all over the internet of the same practiceInitial Complaint

The original charge was for a book from Divine Origins LLC on 1/28/23 for $71.69 but the book was advertised to only be $9.99. Each month after, they have charged us between $8 and $9 per month and only to be discovered on our credit card statement last month. Their customer service is non-existent.Business response

Divine Origins sells healing oil and books that offer a recipe for healing oil. The company has a 365 day money back guarantee. I purchased an actual paper book and an online digital book. I ask for a refund on November 25, 2023. On November 26, 2023 I asked for a full refund. In that time someone stole my debit card that I used to pay Divine Origins. I contacted them and a lady told me I could update my payment info and the refund would be sent there. I ask could they not just send it to the bank that the account is actually at and they said no, the new debit card would be fine. I waited and waited. On Dec 8, 2023 I called the company and spoke with a gentleman who said that the new payment method I gave them would not work. I ask them to mail me a check. I waited and waited. On Dec 13th I contacted them again and they said they could not cut a check that I had to give them my PayPal info which I reluctantly did. I waited and waited. It is now Dec 19, 2023 and I would like a full refund as promised by the video. They are scamming people as well but that's a different complaint. They out and out lied in their advertisement but I believe that is another complaint in and of itself as well. I just want my money back.Business response

I too as many other people have been having my card debit after purchasing from this company. I called to enquirer and was told that it was a donation for prayer every month. I requested to end billing but it has not ended. This seems like a scummy thing from a company that is supposedly a ***************** to have so many complaints about unauthorized charges.Business response

Date of original transaction: 9/20/2021 Order Number: ********** Purchase price: $67.00 which as it turns out was wrong. The original charge should have been $49.00 but they tacked on another $18.00 for the erroneously added Prayer Warrior Network.Recurring Monthly Fee charged $18.00 for 24 months total $432.00 The only thing I purchased was the book Exodus Effect. Divine Origins appears to have erroneously enrolled or intentionally and fraudulently enrolled me in their Prayed Warrior Network. for which they have been charging a monthly fee. I called the company and asked for a full refund of the charges related to the Prayer Warrior Network. I was initially told they would refund 3 months, then with the permission of a supervisor 5 months. I asked for the supervisor. Supervisor ****** took the call and said the person I was speaking with before she took the call had already refunded all of the charges related to the Prayer Warrior Network. To date I have received a partial refund of 18 months worth of charges. This is not the full refund as stated by Supervisor ******. Per my calculation I should have another 7 months of refunds coming. That is an additional $126.00.Business response

I found transactions on my credit card in varying amounts from DIVORGIN dating back to at least the last quarter of 2021; possibly earlier I never made these purchases. I want these transactions to cease immediately and the money for all transactions returned.Business response
