My mother started receiving SlimDetox Keto Advanced pills and was unable to get them to cancel shipments, she lost hundreds of dollars. I can find no website, no one else even sells this brand and I can find no information online about the company. The phone number on the bottle gives you a third party service center who won't identify their company or who they are contracted with, and claim to have no supervisor to speak with. Meanwhile they keep asking for more personal information. We finally had to cancel her cards and get new account numbers.

This company is a scam! I just received two items (2 Keto supplement bottles) in the mail that I did not order. I called the number (and of course this website won't allow me to post the number) that was on the back of them, and I reached two different "customer service" representatives. They would not remove my information from their database unless I provided more information (which I refused as I was concerned they were trying to get more information from me). I tried speaking to a manager, but they said they didn't have one. I also asked if they could verify if they were Slim Detox (the company), and they said they were a third-party call center that works for them and that they did not have a number to reach Slim Detox. So I asked if they could provide me with their company name (the third-party call center), and they refused to tell me. Somehow the company got all my name, address, and financial information for their products. I never placed an order. Better Business Bureau, please stop this scam. This needs to be stopped. I'm not the only one negatively impacted by this scam.
