      I made a one time purchase from Get Vital Nubrands on June 26, 2024 and noticed I have another charge on my credit card on July 22, 2024 for $199.85. I did not authorize this charge. When I called customer service, the representative let me know that I had supposedly agreed to a monthly club which I did not and wasnt aware. I received an email that read: Hi ********,Welcome to TrackMyKetoDiet! Because of your supplement order we are happy to provide you a month access to TrackMyKetoDiet.com You will find the support and programs here that dozens of others have used to find success in their keto diet! Here is your login information to get you started: Login: ************************** Password: XtpYauVU We look forward to supporting you to a better you!Thank you,Customer Care *********************** ************** This does not indicate I was signed up for a monthly club and did not indicate my credit card would be charged again.I am requesting assistance with getting my money back and if possible make the company be transparent by providing written confirmation that when consumers place an order that they are automatically signed up for a club and that the credit card on file will be charged monthly.Thank you,*******************************

      Better Business Bureau:

      The company refunded the money. I still think they need to be transparent with their website as it did not indicate I was signing up for a subscription.

      I placed an order online for KETO LEAN GUMMIES and it advertised buy 3 get 3 free. It was listed as $39.99 a bottle and they charged me $238. When I saw that they overcharged me I realized it was probably a scam so I immediately asked them to cancel my order via email and refund all of my money. It took 2 days for them to answer me and they told me that it was too late it already shipped. They gave me some kind of double speak about why they charged $238 and they said that if I wanted to cancel it I would have to wait, accept it, return it and I would only receive a refund of $120. I emailed them that this was unacceptable and that I canceled it right away and they said that it was already delivered, but it was not. I did not receive anything from them and I got an email telling me that they can no longer help me via email that I have to call them, but they gave me no number to call. I have been asking them for 2 days now for the phone number and they stopped answering me.

      Natural nutra company doesnt understand comprehend or get not to email me but yet they keep doing it. Let them know to stop emailing me or Ill find out their number to file a complaint against them. Its incredibly frustrating and annoying

      On February 8th, I ordered one of the AlphaEdge products with the undersatnding that I can cancel at anytime thereafter. I was billed $6.95 on that day and then $69.95 on February 22nd. I called and sent an email to cancel any and all additional deliveries and was assured that they would stop. Then on March 22nd, I noticed a charge for another $69.95 along with another bottle of this product. None of my calls haven't been answered nor any of my emails. I believe this company is fraudulent. ******* *******

There should be a phone number next to the charge, which should be the customer service number of the party responsible for the billing. Thank you
