    Back in January of this year (2024) I ordered a package from him that he was giving away for free, but you had to pay the shipping fees. It was his entire catalog of products sold over the past 12 years. I received a tracking number but the package has never arrived. It still shows in the **** system as "Label Created, not yet in system". I called ****, and they have no more information. I've emailed all the emails distros for Unlearn/Relearn, DerricGrace 2, and DGTV. I sent him a direct message on Instagram as well. I get no responses from any of his emails or social media outlets. It's been 8 months and no package. I either need my package or my money back.

    On 8/20/23 I preordered the product called The Trifecta in the amount of $149.99. Order number 143565.On 8/27/23 I purchased DG's 12 year catalog-While supplies last. This was the XL Order which was to include ALL book of 12 years (hard cover, not digital ) Trucking *****************, robot, board games, flashcards and a poster. This was a promotion in-which the shipping was the only cost to all customers.To date, the only items I received was none. I've contacted customer service via email a total of 3 times with no response. As a result, I reached out via telegram in a group Mr. ********************** and a VP know as ***** has called DGTVErottics. When I asked about a refund, I was kicked out of the group without receiving an answer or receiving a refund. I reached out via the ************** that Derrick ********************** 2 uses for his DGTV network and got no response.At this point, I am requesting a refund for the products that I have to received.

    I purchased a ticket to Derrick Grace's dead or alive retreat on September 15th 2023. I followed the chain of commands as I was instructed to do I sent messages through the contact us button feature on his website. I never received a response and even contacted his assistant didn't get a response from her then, I contacted one of the staff members and explain my issue I only got one response so far. It is a day later into the retreat and I never received any information nor a Zoom link.
