When I purchased the two products the site failed to disclose the dangers of using this epilator if you suffer from cold sores etc.I was advised not to use and simply requested a refund.I received a letter stating that I would have a customer service representative contact me.This never happened.Business Response

I had mistakenly ordered 4 units when only wanting 1 unit. It is extremely hard to reach a live person or get answers to my e-mails. This business states there is a 30 day money back guarantee, but it tries to negotiate how much will be refunded to you. I finally reached a person at a number that I searched for and was helped there but I am not obtaining my full refund. I was also charged expedited shipping that took quite a while to arrive. The package is now at the facility in ******* and I cannot reach anybody to give me a straight answer.I have paid for 2 orders, one is fir $92.19 and another for *****. The website is extremely hard to use and you cannot delete anything or see the updated cart. This order took place on February 10th and arrived on February 21st.Business Response

Purchased products ordered 2. Sent back provided all information. Refused to give refund. Texted over and over. They kept giving me the runaround. They wanted to give me ***** asked for refund of $119 as that is what I was charged. Seems they are not charging the same amount to everyone. Provided them the information of the tracking number and who I mailed it back with. They were also given the phone number of where I mailed the package from..Everytime I provided information They requested they asked for more. I do not know what else to 3. 6/17 cotacted Smooth Skin for refund of my order SG99215. Rec'd response cs rep would be i touch. *********************** CS Rep emailed could not return due to covid but I could keep free of charge and they would issue a refund, less shipping. I confirmed this would be agreeable with me.6/25 emailed refund status - no response. 6/26 requested refund status....got form notice that a cs rep would contact me . ************************* asked for return reason. again explained not 100% satisfied so I could return for refund within 90 days 6/30 emailed return status got same cs rep **** be in touch. In the past three days l have received by mail two Smooth Glide Epilators. I ordered neither one. When I tried to contact the ******************* at **** at ******************************************************* l am disconnected. I tried two different numbers and was immediately disconnected both times. I want to find out who sent me these products so I can make sure I dont receive any more. I bought 2 smooth glides around March 1st 2023 and was offered a free gift. Some pills for bad breath so I got those as well. My order never came until may 3rd 2023. I talked to customer service in April and they said that they were waiting on the pills (on back order) that I had ordered so that they could send my entire order all together. Well when my package arrived the other day it was only the pills for bad breath no razors at all even though the packing slip inside said that it Had the 2 razors and the pills inside! I have tried repeatedly to call the customer service # to talk to somebody and have gotten a recording every time and then hung up on!! I don't know what to do!! Please help??Initial Complaint

I purchased 2 of the Smooth Glide Epilators on 1/18/23 order # ******* for $75.98 plus $4.99 for shipping.After receiving them I received an email on 216/23 from the company ( which I still have) stating that I have a credit of $60.01 and it was expiring that day, so I clicked on the link to see what other products they offered and found that they do not offer any other products. I did not order anything or even attempt to order anything, I did not fill out any personal information or my credit card information. The next morning on 2/17/23 I received an email alert from my credit card company stating that ******* charged my card $19.95.I immediately sent an email to the company's customer service department on 2/17/23 stating what happened. The company responded to me on 2/23/23 (which I have) saying that after checking their records they show that I only placed one order on 1/18/23 and they assure me that the $19.95 "is a one time charge/delivery" On 2/23/23 I replied saying that I was already charged for delivery on my order.I have not to this date received a response. I also am not satisfied with the product and went to the company's website to return the items, ( The website states 100% satisfaction guaranteed)I have also not yet received any response from the company. I would like my full refund of $75.98 plus the $19.95 that the company charged my card without my consent or authorization.I have all correspondences between the company and myself if the BBB needs them.Thank you ***********************
