    Total scam! Do not order one of these. There is no phone number to reach them. I tried the # on my credit card, and there was a recording that said “Wehave no information about anything bought using this number. It has been used different times for non- existent companies.” I am furious that they ripped me off for$68.88. The product is a piece of crap. Doesn’t work. AVOID,AVOID, AVOID!

    I ordered the 50% off and purchased an additional epilator for $19.99 on May 11, 2023. I received my order today, May 23, 2023. I tried using the epilator on the back of my hand and realized that this was not for me. I immediately did research for contact information, the phone number on the enclosed order ID left off the area code, very convenient. I was able to find the area code through this website. ******* ?? took my call, after getting my information put me on hold for 5 minutes, came back on the line and proceeded to tell me I was a very valued customer, however, because of COVID they were limited on taking returns. Nowhere in their advertisement do they advise about this policy. BUT, she was pleased to tell me that I would receive half of the purchase price and of course I have to pay return shipping. Of Course, this would be dependent upon the condition of the return, understandable. My question is why even return half of the purchase price if you are going to use COVID as an excuse to rob your customers. This company is just as crooked as so many others who are based solely on the internet. Since they base the 50% of my return on the condition of the product, I will not waste any further money on this company. However, I will be on the lookout for any company tied to these addresses and will continue warning the public against purchasing anything from them.

    I would not purchase anything from this place. I wouldnt even call it a business.I have been waiting for a month for my refund and nothing but the run around. They take your money and dont deliver the product and then when you request a refund they do not return your money.

    I paid $64.98 for one smooth glide epilator. I ordered on December 31st and was told they had none in stock and then it magically comes in stock in a day or two after calling the company. I received my order today January 16th. I opened the package put brand new batteries in followed the directions and it did not work as advertised. The device did not even last one hour and did not do what it advertised. Also this company is charging an astronomical amount when you can buy the same one on Amazon for $16.00! This is a scam do not waste your money and when you go to the website there is no where to leave a review. I would send this back if I could very disappointed and very cheaply made. I do not recommend and the company has different addresses as well one in ******* that's where mine came from then another in **********. They should be shut down and fined for false advertising , hiking the price and not contacting customers about being out of stock or having delays. If I didn't call I would not have had it shipped and to have it back in stock so quickly is funny . I feel they lied and I over paid for a product that does not work and they are misleading and actively false advertising. I should be refunded in full and they should send me a shipping label . I will never buy from this company again. Be warned they are a scam.

    This Smoothglideskin.com is a scam. I ordered the Smith glide epilator in June. It did not work. I charged $64.94 on my Visa card. I returned this item to 6507 Harney Road in Tampa Fla via UPS. It has not been credited to my Visa. This is now August 21st. I tried calling this company & emailed them numerous times. They have not credited my account as of now. This company is a scam & needs to be sued & forced out of business.

    Do not order. SCAM. I ordered on 6/7/2022, never received a confirmation email. They took my full payment that day, got a confirmation from my credit card. Emailed them on 6/29/2022, no response, emailed again on 7/13/2022 again no response. I have a Tampa Fl address and a Wyoming area code phone number, whats up with that??? I definitely want to warn against ordering this item.

    I purchased on-line Smooth Glide Epilator with the understanding I was getting 50% of. When I received the product, I learned that thiis price I was to pay was 5 times more than other suppliers. In particular, Amazon.com. Also, after review of the company, I learned that the BBB gave them a very low score. This company also advertised that they would give a refund if not completely satisfied. One particular problem I had with the product was the fact that i didn't have enough strength to open it up to place the batteries in it.

    I purchased two of these (one for my daughter) and the other for me. It pulled my skin and pinched to where it was red. The directions are almost non-existent from my standpoint. I would like a refund and will be happy to send these two back. They are a terrible product and certainly haven't given one to my daughter. She would laugh at it. There is no address to return it to. Also, on one side of the box, it says to use triple A and on the inside it shows to use double As. I have tried both and it was not successful with either one. I would like to return and get a refund.
