      I ordered the Splash Foam cleaner on May 20, 2024 for $54.87. When I got the product and used it, it did NOT do what the ad claimed. It says on the website that there is a 100% money back guarantee. I promptly emailed them about a refund. Their response was a bunch of different things to try to get the product to work. I emailed them back saying that I wanted my money back and they responded I'd have to send back the product pay for shipping and a restocking fee. They claim a 100% money back guarantee, but it's completely a lie. THEN I find out that this company also partnered with another company called **************. They gave my information and debit card number to Horizon Direct to bill me monthly WITHOUT my authorization! Now I have to try and get my money back from them also.

      I placed a September 7, 2024 order for five packs of Splash Spray Multi-Purpose Cleaning Tablets, paying $81.59. The package arrived September 12, 2024. It included a spray bottle and ten tablets in each pack, as promised. However, the product does not even remove surface soil, let alone deeply embedded grime, as depicted on their website. I followed the instructions and used it on multiple surfaces. I also allowed it to set for thirty minutes to see if that would help. Additionally, I scrubbed after waiting and there was absolutely no cleaning power. This product is completely useless as a cleaning agent. I used only one tablet before I called the company for a refund. They suggested I add vinegar to the solution. I refused as the advertising promises results that would beat a vinegar solution on any given day. I finally convinced the associate that I was only interested in a refund. The most they will refund is$41.74 and I would be responsible for shipping fees to return the unused product. I accepted the Return Merchandise Authorization number and decided to lodge a formal complaint. This is such a blatant example of false advertising. I am entitled to a complete refund. I placed a large order trusting their shameless claims of a wonderful and environmentally friendly product.

      On August 22, 2024, after watching a commercial online, I purchased Splash Spray multi-purpose cleaning spray. On the commercial it showed people spraying the product on oven doors, pots and showers. The dirt and grime came off very easily. I decided to order this product. In the ordering process the site offered discounts if you order more product which I did. I received 1 box of washing machine cleaner 3 packs of splash tablets and 1 spray bottle. The total cost was $72.40. I tried this product on my oven door and shower it did not work at all. I called the company on August 29, 2024 and spoke to a customer service ****************** and explained the product did not work. I was told to add 2 tablespoons of vinegar. I told Ms. ****** vinegar was not mentioned on the commercial or on the instructions. She said maybe you got a bad tablet. I asked for a full refund. She told me they cannot refund a product that was opened. That doesn't make sense how would you know if it doesn't work until you try it. I was told that was their policy. On the website it says satisfaction guarantee and no hassle returns. I paid $72.40. This is the refund breakdown: They deducted $19.95 for the opened product, $6.95 for shipping, $8.95 restocking fee. They credited my credit card $36.55. They did not offer a free shipping return label I paid $7.00 to return the product. So basically I paid $72.40 and got back $29.55. I would like a refund of $42.85. This company should be put out of business for false advertisement.

      I purchased due to the video which shows the product foam up to the rim of a toilet. The product just sat there . We did exactly as the directions read. The product left a blue ring around the bowl. I run a residential facility and needed this item to clean under the rum so staff are not having to get close to the bowls for cleaning. I got the product on 09/18/24 used on 09/19/24 and emailed immediately after the product was tested. So disappointed that the video's show great foam action but the product fizzled. I am fully prepared to return the product at my expense for a full refund. Half refund is useless due to the nature of the product. **************** stated to mix the product with Vinegar. which could create a chemical reaction. Very unsafe besides the issues of lung damage.

      On 8/28/24 order was placed for Splash Foam Spray in the amount of $45.63. As mentioned in several of the prior posts on the BBB web site this product was tested immediately upon receipt. There was no foaming and he product was unable to clean any of the surfaces it was tried on even though it was advertised to do so. There was no effect by the product on any surface. An email was sent to their company customer services website and there has been no response from them at all. It is for that reason I am submitting this complaint. I had seen the advertisement for this product on the internet.

      This is a company I returned the merchandise to and is unable to send me a refund for the amount owed to me!We have had several emails back and forth and the issue is still pending since July!I would investigate this badly managed company as I believe they are scamming customers of their money and never send a refund!I have communicated with them many times for no resolve of the issue.

      Were a small U.S. based company and we pride ourselves on our excellent customer service. To make things right, we are going to issue you a full refund on your toilet cleaner. You should see it in your account within 24 hours to 10 business days depending on your bank.

      In the meantime, keep it free-of-charge. Even though this batch of Splash, unfortunately, does not foam as it is meant to, it works excellently as an all-purpose cleaner, especially in dishwashers and washing machines. Simply place a tablespoon in the machine (without clothes or dishes) and run on the hottest setting. That should take care of any lingering residue from previous washes you have done. Use once a month for best results.


      Or simply use Splash as a scouring powder alternative.

      How to use Foamy as scouring paste:


      Mix 3 parts Foamy with 1 part vinegar (or water for weaker stains) in a bowl until it is a paste the consistency of cake frosting (but dont eat it!) Be careful, as it will fizz.

      Apply to a vertical or horizontal surface, let sit for up to 10 minutes for tougher stains.

      Scrub off with a paper towel, sponge, or steel wool, depending on how tough the stain is.

      I placed one order for 2 bags of splash to try it $45.47. Several hours later another order was placed not by me for $103.68. I received 10 bags total not 2. The company now wants to charge restocking fee and I have to pay return shipping for their mistake. This is such a scam. I am disputing the 2nd charge of $103.68. I refuse to pay them restocking fee and the cost to ship it back. This is such a scam the stuff doesn't even work.

      There's another complaint on the website that mirrors mine almost exactly. I saw this product in a ******* ad and decided to give it a try. In the ad the toilet cleaning powder is put into the toilet bowl and then foams nearly to the top of the rim, thus cleaning the entire bowl. A visit to the website shows the same foaming action in both descriptions and graphics. The order process persuaded me to get two bags. I thought the product would work and I could give a bag to my daughter and her roommates, who live in an apartment with 4 bathrooms. I also opted to pay an extra $5 for faster shipping. The shipment arrived yesterday and I tried it out today and realized I'd been scammed. When I put the powder in my toilet it did nothing. There was no foaming, just blue gunk floating in the water, which took quite a while to even dissolve. I noticed on the back of the package it said to add warm water when it is being used to clean a sink, so I tried that in the toilet and it had no effect. Zero foaming. The only part of the toilet this could possibly clean is the water line where the product sits. Swindled.I called customer service and was told I would need to pay a $9 restocking fee as well as shipping charges in order to return the unopened bag. The opened bag could not be returned. The restock fee and shipping would add up to as much as, or maybe even more, than the product cost, so no, I'm not doing that. The customer svc *** said she would refund the cost of the opened bag only. She suggested the problem might be "soft water," & said to add vinegar. I do not have soft water. The product is simply a scam. I suppose they are making their money from customers who don't bother to request a refund. I believe I should get a refund for the entire cost, including shipping, but minus the extra $5 rush fee. That means an additional $21.95 beyond the $19.95 I have already been refunded. I fully intend to pursue this through other ***orting agencies in addition to the BBB.
