I purchased items on March 22, 2025. They sent it to the wrong address and I emailed them several times about the situation but they never responded back. I was able to track the package. Went to the post office and was told it was going to be sent back I emailed the company again sent screenshots of the tracking number along with items information and as of today they have not respondedInitial Complaint

I placed and on march 22 for my mom the product never came on April 3rd I contacted them and informed them I did not receive my order or an order number I sent them my card information and the date of the order I always asked them on April 3rd to just refund my money back yesterday the called themselves sending the order to the post office after i asked for my money back I do not want there products I want my money back they left me with a bad experience I do not want to deal with this companyInitial Complaint

I am writing to formally file a complaint against Sugar Baby Feminine Care regarding a damaged product from an order placed on November 29, 2024. Despite following the company's instructions and making multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I have yet to receive an appropriate resolution.The details are as follows:Order Details: Two units of VIRAL **************** Acid Glow Wash ($19.99 each).Issue: One of the items arrived damaged.Steps Taken:I followed the company's policy by submitting photos of the damaged item through their online portal shortly after receiving the order.I followed up via phone and email on December 11, 2024, and December 26, 2024, but received no response.On February 3, 2025, I received an email from a company representative, *****, apologizing for the experience and stating that the photos were never received. She requested I resend the photos, which I did on February 4, 2025.Since then, I have received no further communication from the company.Despite my efforts, I have not been issued a refund or provided any resolution. I am seeking a refund for the damaged item totaling $19.99.Given the lack of response and prolonged delays, I am requesting the BBBs assistance in resolving this matter.Thank you for your time and attention to my complaint. I bought a facial scrub product from this company and the products sent were leaking in the box upon arrival. additionally the face scrub portion on the products is full of dirt and unsanitary to use. I made a comment of complaint on a social page only to be left on seen after being asked about my dissatisfaction of the products. I have reached out via email with no reply as well so here we are. The oil I received was not as advertised huge chunks of art and ***** **** petals that I literally have seen in Hobby Lobby. There is no rose or natural rose scent or feel to the item. I have used rose based products for over 15 years. Shipping was NOT quick at all ! All products broke me out. The DAY i stopped using the product, my skin began to settle. I tested to see if it was in-fact the product causing this issue, I used the scrub ONE last time..only to end up with break outs in all the areas I used the scrub.I ordered this product hoping that it will help my skin tone as advertised. I have NEVER IN MY LIFE broken out the way I broke out from this product . I am an avid Sephora shopper and decided to try something new and I saw such GREAT advertising unfortunately when I received my items it was not at all what I expected. Aside from the fact that packaging was less than presentable, the scrubber on the foam cleanser fell off and I had only used it a few ******** glow pads are cheap cotton rounds that are NOT what is advertised online/Instagram (its literally a COMPLETELY different product). It seems like someone dumped bottles of turmeric wash into a bag with the cotton rounds and sent it off. (This is me being 100% honest, I will even send a video/photo for you to see) as this was something I was planning on writing to the company about. I still have ALL of these products that I am unable to finish using most of which I didnt even get the chance to use. Im not very happy with my order, and I think if an associate is going to reach out in regards to a dissatisfaction in product, they should at LEAST follow up or not leave my message on seen. I placed an order, ******, with Sugar ********* on November 17th. I intended to give part of this order as a gift, so I ordered well in advance so shipping wouldnt be an issue. I wasnt surprised when I received tracking information relatively quickly after the fact, however, its days away from Christmas and the tracking number still says my order has not been received by the post office. ********************** Here is the tracking number. The shipping label was created on *****. *** has been awaiting the items since *****. I spent $108.97 with this company on this one order and I fully intended to stay loyal to them. Their product is seemingly effective. But I would have to receive the items first, wouldnt I? I have contacted them at least twice with not even so much as an automated response. They leave me no recourse. I only waited as long as I did to give the benefit of the doubt. Thats gone now. A refund or my items before Christmas.Initial Complaint

I am a repeat customer. My first order was handled quickly and professionally and I was very happy with the product. My second order was also quickly and professionally filled. Naturally I was interested in trying a new product they listed, their coffee scrub. I ordered it, immediately got confirmation and then a tracking number. Upon arrival, I was excited to try it, I opened the package and was immediately concerned. The packaging was misspelled. I pulled it out of the box and opened the container and was horrified to see there was no safety seal and that it looked like someone had already used it! There are finger indentations and half the top of the product is missing. I have bought products that either had a safety seal or plastic shrink wrap seal around the outside top. Neither were present. I immediately contacted customer service via email and social media. Today I received a message looking to check status of order. I confirmed I have received the order and am in need of assistance with the product I received. I sent photos and never heard back. Im shocked as a double repeat customer my concerns are being ignored. No apology, no offer of replacement or a refund.Initial Complaint

I made a purchase from this company in August for some of their products to test them out. The company is dishonest and not transparent about the fact that when you purchase a product they automatically enroll you in a subscription. The product description does not state it is a subscription until after it is purchased. The method of cancellation described in the policy is not found where they state. I ordered skin care from Sugar ********* and was supposed to receive the item in March. I never received it and when I asked for a refund they sent me a tracking number that said it was delivered and it was never delivered. I asked for another refund and still nothing.
