BBB has received a pattern of complaints concerning being auto-enrolled in a membership without advanced notice upon making an online purchase from this business.
Consumers are reporting the business is advertising on Facebook and Snapchat. They are offering a free product for just the cost of shipping and then are billed after the fact for a membership they did not sign up for.
It appears you can only use Paypal to make a purchase so any terms and conditions are not visible.

The business is also operating another business from the same P.O. Box called weheartleos.com selling law enforcement related clothing and novelties. weheartleos.com website was created 3/2/2019
BBB has received a pattern of complaints concerning non delivery of products. Consumers report that they are not receiving items they have purchased online from this company.
In May 2020, BBB contacted the business requesting information as to why the business believes the customers are filing the complaints, and what actions the business has taken to help eliminate the causes of complaints.
The business responded with the following:
"We feel the underlying cause is simply that unfortunately some consumers do not always read the terms & conditions of our membership program. However the complaints are few and far between. Our websites always have full T&C's which are always clear, large font and have been reviewed by legal council to ensure they are in compliance. We have also ensured that our membership confirmation emails are working properly & that anyone who contacts our customer service with any issue regarding membership is met with a friendly representative who will further educate the customer in full about membership details & refund their order if that is the customers preferred resolution."Effective April 2023, the business website is inactive and telephone numbers have been disconnected.
