    I reserved a spot in February of 2024 for December to January of 2025. A few days beforecwe were to leave I received a phone call from Rightway saying that they werexno longercassociated with that particular property and that my money would be refunded. I found parking at another property and everything with them worked out . APRIL is almost over and to datecI have not received a refund on my card or by check.....The phone number on my reservation is in *** *****....no answer.....I have an 888 number but it would not connect(maybe not available from ******)....to me it appears to be a scam....I also tried to email the address I have and it said it was not a valid email address.....definitely would not recommend this company to anyone based on my experience

    ******** * I rented a parking space from Rightway from December 27, 2024, to January 9, 2025. Unfortunately, I could not use it, so I called Rightway Parking immediately about my situation. The person I spoke with told me to send my receipts, and I would be refunded for the parking. While I was away, I called again and was instructed to send in my receipts. I called Rightway Parking again and was told once more to email my receipts and confirm my refund. After returning from the trip, I called again and was told to send my receipts and information. Once they received my information, I was informed that I wouldn't receive my money back because they had closed last year's account and I had not given them 24 hours notice. Rightway Parking refused to refund me $143.36. They are not sincere with the customers. **************** is very bad and rude.I will not recommend them to anyone. They have a very service.

    ********, I understand that your reservation was for Comfort Inn MSP, which is usually easy for customers to locate. On the day of your reservation in December, you contacted us for assistance and were advised to email us your receipts if you parked elsewhere. As you noted, you reached out multiple times and received the same instructions, but we did not receive the receipts until February 19thtwo months after your reservation start date. Unfortunately, due to the time that has passed, we are unable to process a refund for the unused reservation. While we strive to assist our customers as much as possible, our refund policies are in place to ensure fairness and consistency.

    Had reservation booked 3 months in advance but no room for my vehicle when I arrived to park. The lot attendant took my reservation # & told me I would have to find parking elsewhere & he would have a refund sent. When we arrived back I contacted Rightway as they had not sent refund. They didnt seem to know about this & wanted receipt to prove that I parked elsewhere or proof that I was turned away from lot. They have sent refund now but poor service to turn up for your reserved parking to find out you dont have a reservation and have to find another spot quickly as you have an international flight to catch

    Were sorry to hear about your experience, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. This situation is not typical, and wed like to investigate further to address it with the location.
    To process refunds, Rightway Parking must be notified directly, as we handle all refunds on behalf of our customers. They asked for a receipt because people will use there reservation and then ask for a refund. If weren't notified by said location stating they were at capacity than a receipt is required. The location attendant should have informed you of this process, and we apologize if this was not communicated properly.
    If possible, please provide us with more details about the reservation and location so we can follow up with the parking lot to prevent this from happening again.     We had a horrible experience. Service was never provided. We were waiting for the shuttle for almost 2 hours, then took ***** it cost costs us $50 to get back from **********. Will not recommend the service.

    Our website does state that the shuttle service is complimentary and operates on a first-come, first-served basis, with a typical wait time of about 1.5 hours. Again, we apologize for the shuttle wait times, we will see what we can do to make that information as clear as possible to avoid this situation in the future.

    My ford f350 was taken. We came back from our cruise and it was gone. The parking staff offered us no help, ignored us until I got up close to them. The help they finally offered was telling me to call police.

    I cannot understand why I cannot get back my full $71.60 for parking at the Fort Lauderdale Wyndham on 25 JAN 2025 when I cancelled more than 30 days in advance (16 DEC 2024). The company will be able to recoup this space because of the high demand during cruise travel season. RightWay responded the next day about costs and original contract language....So, if I cancelled the next day, I still would have been stuck with losing one day of parking? This is still unsatisfactory to me. You refunded my whole purchase when the original Renaissance Hotel subcontractor's contract expired unexpectedly. Was there a loss on that? I will use social influencing to recommend not using your company.

    I called to get picked up and they said it works be 15 min that I had to wait outside in freezing cold btw. 40 min later I called them back to see where dinner was at and they said, oh I will send them right out! Terrible!!

    We showed up Sunday morning the 25th. Parked and there was no attendant as claimed. I reserved the higher priced lot as it stated onsite attendant. Called for the shuttle and was told 5 minutes. At 20 minutes we started calling again, and no answer. We both called multiple time and no answers to all the numbers. Then I attempted to flag down 6 of your shuttles who honked and drove past. After 45 minutes I saw a Rightway shuttle pull into the gas station next door so walked over and he didn't have a request to pick us up and was there buying Lotto Tickets. After me complaining he offered to take us after his break. I also noticed and took pictures of the sign in the lot that states "Cheapest Port Parking $6.00 A day". I was charged $7.99 a day plus a service fee to book online. So, I was over charged, added online Fee, no attendant as stated and no shuttle service. And they even ignored both my wife and my calls after confirming 5 minutes out. Worst Port Parking service ever. Do Not Use! So bad that when we returned on 8/31 I left my wife and bags at Port pick up and walked the 5 blocks to the lot, retrieved our Jeep and drove back to get her As we weren't going to wait another hour in the baking sun again. 0 Stars!

    I reserved with Rightway parking for a cruise out of ********** on 4/14/24 to 4/21/24. Luckily we had the proper address to the parking garage unlike several other customers that found their way there. It turns out this is actually WePark. So that was a bit off. The big issue was when we arrived back to port on 4/21. The paper we were provided by WePark for pickup gave us a location that was incorrect. Luckily there was someone helping to park the buses that directed us to the proper pick up point. We found a crowd of people there saying they had been standing there for almost 1.5 hours, we arrived there at 9:30. Buses were supposed to start running every 30 minutes at 7:30. Several calls had been made to the number provided on the paperwork as well to the corporate number to figure out how we were all supposed to get back to the garage. There were no answers at either number, I did leave my info on the answering machine about getting picked up but I never received a return call. I doubt anyone else did either.After standing around for almost an hour we called for an Uber to take us to the garage, several others had already done the same. It was obvious this was the only way for us to get back to the garage.After we finally got back to the garage I tried to have a conversation with an attendant there about how they didn't pick us up. He blamed it on traffic and then refused to talk to me anymore. It was obvious that he could care less, I did warn their customers loading onto the buses about what would happen and to save the location of the garage.And just to note, yes there was a lot of traffic. But it did not affect their competition. From what we all observed the company to use is Premier Cruise Parking. Their buses were there every 15 minutes and their customers were leaving quickly.I wish we could be refunded for our Uber ride but WePark states in the paperwork that they don't cover those costs. Now I understand why.Stay away from this company!

    *****, We park the location that you booked for via Rightwayparking.com has two garages for *************. The customers who had the address of the other garage that is 2 minutes up the street were notified of the change/update. Yes, the facility is called We park as Rightway Parking is the website in which you booked through. The only physical locations that are called Rightway Parking are the ones we own and operate for *************. With that being said, the detailed information regarding the shuttle and wait times is provided on the website prior to booking as well as inside of the confirmation email you receive once you book. This garage states that the shuttle runs every hour to 1.5 hours between there hours of operation. There was no hidden information. In order to book for We Park you would have had to click book it now for the specified facility. ************* is the busiest Cruise port in the World and it is located right outside of Downtown *****... this is why the shuttle is listed as so. We are sorry that you had difficulties navigating or understand the information for the facility you booked for. I looked to see if you had emailed us at all regarding this situation and did not see anything under the email above/inside of your confirmation email. We park will not refund for Ubers and we usually do not either but if you would have emailed us we could have seen what we could do.

    I contracted with Rightway Parking on 01/03/2024 for parking and shuttle to a cruise ship in ***************, ** in the amount of $68.80. Following the driving instructions to the parking location it became immediately apparent that it was non existent. There was no such parking area there, attendants or signs indicating Rightway Parking. I filed a dispute with the **** account as well as a complaint with the ******* Attorney General. My foremost concern is to have this recorded as a fraud on the part of Righway Parking.

    John, I looked to see if we received any contact from you regarding this situation for parking at the Quick and Safe Port everglades locations located at 1100 SE 17th St Ft Lauderdale FL 33316. I do not have any emails from the address provided inside of your reservation confirmation. 
    This is very much an active location as we do about 100-150 reservations there a month. If it was not a facility we would not have them on our website nor would we spend for advertising false location. Aside from that, we always do our best to assist our customers. We would have asked you to send an email to our [email protected] and include your reservation ID and the receipt from the alternate parking location (assuming you parked elsewhere since you could not locate the parking in which you booked for). Once we received that we would have submitted it for review to get those funds back to you. 
    Note The instructions for this location were also provided inside of your confirmation email stating it is behind the Embassy suites and what to do from there. Again, we are sorry you had an issue locating the facility but again this is not a fraud parking facility nor is Rightway Parking a fraudulent reservation agency.
