**** is a real gambit. You pay a photograph fee for taking pictures. Then you pay for the pictures that are not cap and gown. Then you pay for cap and gown pictures. I asked for one digital download for the graduation announcement and was told it was an additional $99. There is a $159 option that comes with a digital download but seriously how many cap and gown pictures someone want. I hate when people are taken advantage of and I believe this is the case.Initial Complaint

We ordered some senior pictures from this company who took the photos at my daughters school and offered senior photo packages. Part of the order is unusable. There is no easy way to contact these people and therefore I am filing a complaint.Initial Complaint

Hello -I took my daughter to her senior photos which was supposed to be a fun day. I chose a package that was pricey, but I paid for it in order to get retouching. When my son had is photos, I ordered a cheaper sitting, and **** sent us proofs that we could look over for a few weeks to decide which ones we liked. When the sitting was finished, they would not let me leave without setting up a session to come back to see the photos and order on the spot. I WAS NEVER TOLD THAT THIS WAS A REQUIREMENT. The person at the desk set up an appointment for me even though I told him that I have a lot going on in addition to living an hour away and I am unable to make it. I went online to cancel, but system would not let me cancel without setting up another appointment. I sent email to let the know that I won't be coming. Now the photos are held hostage until I go to their session where I will be pressured to buy expensive photo packages on the spot. The worst part of it is my kid is involved, and the whole situation makes her feel really bad. I am quite upset that they are using my kid's feelings to get money out of me. I am not sure why they won't send proofs to let me choose. They can watermark them if worried about copying them. They said that they can Zoom the presentation, but this does not change the fact that I will be forced to spend hundreds or even thousands on the spot to save the feelings of my kid. I work two jobs and have another kids with severe health issues, not to mention that my mother is in and out of the hospital. I am struggling, and I don't have the time for this. Please help. Hello,
We have reached out to this client multiple times offering a virtual presentation. When a client books an elite or most popular session, they are paying a sitting fee for the photographer and studio time and get a personalized photo presentation with the photos. This sitting fee does not include any product and that is clearly spelled out during the booking process. We are continuing to reach out to ensure that this gets resolved. Once they select a package they will be emailed or shipped the photos.

I am rejecting this response because: the response is not addressing the situation. I understand that the sitting fee does not include photos. The issue is that when I booked the sitting I was not told that the additional visit was required. In the past, I was sent proofs, and had a few weeks to decide on what I wanted. There are several reasons why it is hard for me to return to the studio. Virtual is helpful, but I still feel like I have to make decisions about the photos on the spot. My daughter feels like a **** in this whole thing, and I don't want to upset her any more. If I could just get the proofs as is the case for the cheaper sittings, that would be great. Right now I feel like her photos are being held hostage. Please help me. My daughter very bummed out. Thank you.
