  I would leave a 0 star review if possible. I live in the quarters apartments in lady lake and the management is horrible. There has been 3 separate property mangers in the last 3 years of me living here. My apartment has had water damage since the last major storm that hit Florida and I have complained to management on multiple occasions to no avail when though the building’s integrity is horrible.   I live at ************** Apts in *********** **. My Air conditioning has been out for 16 days. The temperature in my apartment has been over 80 degrees everyone of those 16 days. On Day 7 I called insisting to know when someone would be out to fix the *** Maintenance brought a window unit to my apartment. Management waited 7 days to offer me a window unit knowing I am living without *** Then a repair man came and "fixed" the ** and took the window unit. The ** stopped working 24 hours later. I called again and was told that the ** had been fixed and that it might be an "easy fix" with the circuit breaker and that someone would be out. No one came I called again the office told me it was my fault for not answering the phone when he called. NO ONE told me I was waiting for a call. Then I was told that if I wanted my ** fixed I'd "answer the phone." No one has called or fixed my *** It has been an additional 8 days and nothing has been done. I am paying rent to live without ** in ******* this is egregious!

  Your Property Manager at Bellamay Grand is a joke. You as in Ruth Harper & Associates, need to reconsider a new property manager. She is rude, condescending, heartless, greedy, and a very displeasing individual. myself, in the 6+ years I have lived/rented in the Gainesville area, have never dealt with such a embarrassment of a representation of someone who stands her role. An their are many other tenants who would say the same ( you can see on google reviews, BBB.org, and other rental websites). She has created a toxic environment in your property management team and I hope she is corrected or replaced. I highly suggest someone of a higher position have a serious sit down chat/training with her on communication skills, her customer service skills, and her all around persona. This woman needs a reality check. I highly suggest not to rent from this management group in Gainesville, FL until they re-evaluate their employees in this location. I thank god I was able to purchase a home finally and know that my money is no longer supporting this complex's office staffs paychecks. Only reason I even give this company one star, is because of how well trained and polite their maintenance staff is.
