    Bought the house Was never told that the house is in flood zone when spoke to the salesmen team they assured that they fix the flood issue within 60 days of me buying the house now 3 years later and they lied and they never submitted the revision to fema for correct the mapping which cost me 500 plus per year in flood insurance and every time I talk to some they said oh sorry we forgot to fill and we will file it today and 60 days pass waiting for results and then they ignore my call now I called fema and requested info of the revisition that was submitted and they said it was never submitted No one is responsible for filling those revision as of my understanding( Im in contact with a person named **** which he wont answer called only respond to text and wont tell me who is the person I need to contact, he keep saying I have sent emails and Ill get back to you once I receive a respond) I would like the revision done as soon as possible and confirmation of that revision have been submitted also metro development to pay the flood insurance cost for the last 3 years since they never disclosed that the property is in flood zone

    I am rejecting this response because:

    When  I receive clearance and I take off my flood insurance from my mortgage  and get compensation for the insurance that had been paid since 4/21 in to day 
    ****, how is it my fault and how come *************** didnt disclose this until I signed and paid the deposit and closed on the house? So you want to tell me this is not a set up? 
    I feel like you guys didnt disclose it on purpose and if we go for a law suit, Im sure you guys will lose 

    this house was half way built I came to the table and previous buyer left it 

    ***** is the salesmen who sold me the house said they submitted it from may 2021 and it takes 6 month and here we are 2.5 years later and Im still paying for flood insurance and off course the value of my property is down because of that so if this affect my property when its time sell Ill come back to you guys 

    so Im sure he found out and pulled his deposit and you guys didnt say anything about it and

    We just brought a new home at Epperson, Wesley Chapel, FL and we are in the process of moving there. While we were new to Epperson, and were informed that we would get our online lagoon access to book for events in our welcome package, we weren't entered in the database and have been missing out on enjoying the lagoon amenities as residents since December of 2021. Peggy the assistant manager at the Epperson Lagoon clearly stated that if she wanted she could enter our names in the database immediately or not ! I found this kind of behavior very unprofessional Resident events are not being posted on the calendar and outsiders are given more preference and have more knowledge of the events which are only published on Eventbrite and residents are not informed of the same. Only a select list of residents are given the information via email. This has caused the Epperson Lagoon's image to deteriorate as complaints of the same are on Facebook. During this time, we met with the Epperson Community Director, Tom O. and I mentioned to him that I was looking for marketing opportunities & shared my ideas. I had no idea that his wife was a VP of marketing at Metro Development. I had also applied for a job on the metro development website. Immediately, I received an email from Vaike O., who in her first email to me mentioned that she would like to meet me. She also mentioned that she found my resume very impressive. When a date was confirmed for the meeting, she mentioned that the position was no longer available and yet she would like to meet talented people like me at the Epperson Lagoon. I thought, it was Tom's wife and so even if there was no work opportunity at Metro Development, I should meet with her, I couldn't make it on the day of the meeting because of our move and told her about the same. But I texted her that I would love to give Metro Development Leadership a presentation ..... please read attached document for the complaint details

Unfortunately, it seems she has been unhappy at various times with MetroLagoons, Metro Development Group, and Breeze Community Management. Each of these entities has a separate management team, and there was no coordination between any of the entities in terms of response to her complaints. To our knowledge, resident events have been posted on the calendar and shared throughout the community. With the exception of the HOA violation she citedresolved and closed on 3/27/22all interpersonal communication to date was initiated by Mrs. *****. We respectfully deny that there has been any intention to harass Mrs. *****. We wish her all the best. As a stakeholder of Metro Lagoons, I take it as my responsibility, to congratulate the management when they do something good and bring to their notice the dissatisfaction of mismanagement. It is but normal to be dissatisfied as a stakeholder when you pay for a membership and there is no communication of events. This act of no communication of events to my family by Metro Lagoons Denied my family about four months of events which we pay for on a monthly basis. We have been following up till date about the miscommunications with the Metro Lagoons management, and both Metro Lagoons management and Breeze have respectfully acknowledged the fault in the system and are willing to work towards making better the system for which we are grateful. We sincerely hope that our time is not wasted any further on the mismanagement of email distribution and hope that they will find a resolution to sending us all event emails and access to the system to book lagoon services online ASAP. Or else we will have to further remain disgruntled and dissatisfied and complaint again. I am looking forward to meeting the metro lagoons management team member this coming weekend to share some ideas. Please find attached the response from Breeze HOA Who is responsible for sending monthly email lists to Metro Lagoons, that my family received today. I thank the BBB for making sure that my message reached the business and appreciate their help in making things better. I also thank Metro Lagoon Management for taking the time to listen to both the praises and the discontent in respect to performance and delivery of services.
