    I purchased shares for roughly 5000$ a few years ago. The money hasnt done anything in the past year. I contact the company asking for a withdrawl, and its always the same. "My money is frozen." Doing what? Its just sitting there. After reading all the other complaints, i am 100% convinced this is just a scam!

    Hard money loans made April 17th 2017 Payments suspended Oct of 2023 Loan called March of 2024. Property not sold to pay debt. ****************************************************************** $84,000 loan on 2 properties in the ***** addresses unknown. Interest only loans stopped Oct of 2023. Back interest and late payments totalling $250,000

    This company has $87 million in holding. I have been asking for over a year to cash out my stock (7512 shares). I been getting the run around and they even called me to tell me this. I just need to get a refund so I can get on with my life and pay down a tremendous debt after my father past away.

    Invested 2000 dollars in RAD DIVERSIFIED and they refuse to give me any money or any communication with me.

    This company offers an "Inner Circle" program which allows it's members to partake in other avenues of real estate investments. The cost is $50,000. At the time, I was told that the $50,000 is refundable barring any unforeseen circumstances. Well, I planned on using monies from my 401k to invest in future investments with the company and was told this wouldn't be an issue by the company liaison because they had faced this situation before; and they had a person withing the company that deals with this area.I set up a call with the **** representative and my 401k to conduct the transfer. Come to find out, my 401k company doesn't allow me to make changes until I'm of retirement age. Once this was discovered, I requested a refund of $50,000 because I have no other monies to proceed in making investments. As of December 19, 2024, I signed a refund agreement that stated I would begin to receive my refund $5,000/per month until its completed. As of 4/1/2025 I have yet to receive my first payment, nor are any of my phone calls or emails being returned. I have consulted a lawyer and they have mailed a letter on my behalf, I am still waiting on a response from ****

    I was told that my investment was growing and asked to withdraw some of my money but they Nebraska responded.

    About four years ago I invested with rad diversified and two years in sold off my shares. For two years now I have been trying to recieve my money for selling and everytime I call they do not answer or give me a poor excuse as to why I can not get my money. It's only a total of about $1100. Now I am just straight out being ignored.

ACCT#********** ACH ROUTING#****-01808 WIRE ROUTING #********* BENFICARY NAME:RAD DIVERSIFIED LAND ******** BENFICARY ADDRESS:******************************************************On 11/09/23 A Promissory Note Agreement dated 11/09/2023 between ******* ******** (LENDER) and RADD AMERICA dba RADD DIVERSIFIED LAND REIT (BORROWERS) was made. AND The Lender (******* ********) promised to LOAN $15,000USD ( Fifteen Thousand Dollars) to the Borrowers (Radd DIVERSIFIED).AND The BORROWERS (Radd DIVERSIFIED *************) Promised to REPAY the Principal amount of $15,000 to the Lender (******* ********), with Interest payable on the unpaid Principal at the rate of TEN Percent (10%) Annualized interest through First Twelve (12) months. AND Beginning of month Thirteen (13) through eighteen (18), Payments will Start until loan is paid in Full. The Maturity Date would be 05/09/2025. AND The BORROWERS will pay one percent(1%) of current Principal Balance for EACH month after the Twelve (12) months until loan is paid in full.I can not contact the BORROWERS. All phone numbers are disconnected. All emails I have sent has NO RESPONSE.I have NOT received any payments on the money I loaned them.I need ALL of the money I Loaned Radd DIVERSIFIED plus the interest of 10% that was agreed in the PROMISSORY NOTE on 11/09/2023 to be paid back to me ASAP. I am Disabled, unemployed, and facing Homelessness. I need RADD DIVERSIFIED to keep their Integrity and to Honor the PROMISSORY NOTE.
