I'm extremely disappointed with RAD Diversified. Despite their heavy advertising from 2020 to 2022, my experience has been frustrating and unprofessional. I invested $8,888 in October 2022, but when I attempted to withdraw my funds a year later, I was told I'd have to wait until after July 1, 2024, due to their convoluted withdrawal policy. After waiting the required time, I was informed of a temporary freeze on their redemption program, meaning I still can't access my money. This entire process has been a nightmare. My investment has been stagnant for 10 months, with no profit, and they continue to block my access to my own funds. Meanwhile, they bombard me with long, irrelevant emails and videos, including one about a staff birthday party. I've discovered numerous complaints from other investors facing the same issues. RAD Diversified seems to have no regard for their customers, making them wait for their money without any justification. Avoid this company if you value your time and money.

Under no circumstances should you invest in this company. They will seize your funds and prevent you from accessing them for extended periods—sometimes up to two years, if they choose. Mine have been locked up for 1.5 years and counting at this point. On top of that, the returns are both low and slow. Despite making several emergency distribution requests between February 2024 and August 2024, their response is cold and terse: "The Board of Directors will reevaluate our cash position and decide if we will continue to recommence or continue to pause distributions. This will occur on/about 01 Jan 2025." They have no regard for you or your personal circumstances, no matter how dire they may be. Once in their possession, your money essentially becomes theirs and it will be extremely difficult for you to get any of it back. Even if you are in urgent need of your own funds due to illness or other emergencies, they will show no empathy and will deny access to your money.

I contacted the company about making a withdrawal and was told I would have to wait over 6 months. Now I was told there is a freeze and so there is. I have never asked for a redemption and I am looking forward to getting my money from the company. I am very disappointed in whats happening with ***!!!

Sophia, RADD REIT distributions/redemptions are currently frozen (as you were notified).  Here is additional information regarding the 1U Amendment to the SEC.
Under careful consideration, The Board of Directors has decided to freeze all distributions and withdrawals until 01 Jan 2025. This decision has been made due to record-high interest rates and the worst Real Estate economy since 2008. Most importantly, to protect you, the investor.

The  Board of Directors will reevaluate our cash position and decide if we will continue to recommence or continue to pause distributions. This will occur on/about 01 Jan 2025.  I want you to know this is a good decision that has been made by our Executive board to protect your investment.

    Thanks, Brent

I closed my account in 2023 and was supposed to receive a payout July 2024, to which I have all documentation. After several attempts to email and call, I have not yet received a reply or an answer to get my money from them. Next steps will not be pleasant for this company should I have to go that route.

Scott, thank you for your submission.  As a RAD investor, we value your business.  Under careful consideration, The Board of Directors has decided to freeze all distributions and withdrawals until 01 Jan 2025. It’s vital to understand that the journey forward for us has a series of progressive steps:

    1. The freeze, which is painful, is necessary for us to build reserves, pull equity, and meet commitments going forward.

    2. Submitting all financials to auditors for REITs. RAD America has been submitted and Rad Diversified will follow soon.

    3. Simultaneously improve our process and communication systems.

    4. Portfolio loan against existing assets for immediate payment to investors. The loan is in process and through our financials and reserves we will achieve it.

I highly recommend you read the SEC filing and the 1U Amendment.  Additionally, as stated above, for additional questions please contact *********@raddcompanies.com or at ***** ********.
Additionally, I sent Investor Relations an email to ensure they contact you to answer any additional questions and concerns.  If you don't hear something in next 48 hrs, please reach out directly to me.  We have had numerous zoom calls directly with our CEO to discuss the freeze and answer investor questions.
    Thank you

Do not under any circumstances invest with this company. They are a sham. I invested in 2022 and have been trying since 2023 to pull my funds out and was informed about 6 months ago that they put a freeze on people taking their own money out. They are using the excuse that it's because of the economy, etc. but yet you see them starting new companies and investing in other projects with our money. I believe that it's time people started reporting them to the SEC, the news, etc. Dutch ********** is a fraud. No integrity and hides behind excuses as to why he doesn't want to give his investors their distributions and money. Anyone else notice that they haven't updated the stock price in quite a while? Keeping us in the dark while they play with our money.
