      Never ever order from NVGTN. During their launch I ordered shorts.. 3 weeks later and still not shipped. They emailed me that they oversold the shorts. They do not have the ability to maintain accurate inventory which means youre buying products they dont even have. They also take the money out of your account ASAP instead of when it ships. They lost my trust completely. Will never order from them again.

      Size is off too small. Bought a gift for Christmas and they will not allow an exchange for a different size!??? DO NOT BUY from this company!!!!!

      After buying $150 worth of clothes from NVGTN, i put my new biker shorts on and they automatically ripped. These are not worth the money at all. After emailing, they gave me a gift card.. without asking if I wanted a refund.

      Misleading shipping time and poor customer service:Ordered a biker short/high neck sports bra combo for an event with the estimated 4-5 day shipping getting me the items one week before my event. A week later, the item is still not even shipped. On reaching out to NVGTN, they said that "there are thousands of orders ahead of yours that need to be fulfilled first." Then continued to explain that "2-day shipping" is two days after it gets to the post office, so it could be weeks before receiving the order even if you paid for express shipping. They make promises they can't keep and are very condescending in discussing the issue at hand.

      Leggings I ordered ripped within 30 minutes the first time I put them on and are unwearable. I attempted to contact support for a replacement because the company claims that you can only return items in the original shipping package, all tags must be attached, and they can never be worn. Seems a little excessive, the company does not back their products at all. If you ever put the leggings on, you cannot return them. I submitted a support claim on January 20th. They didn't email me that the claim was received until January 23rd. It said I would receive a response within 1-5 business days. 13 days later and I still have not gotten any reply from the company. Unprofessional is an understatement. For the amount of money this company charges for what turned out to be sub-par quality leggings, they should at least have decent customer service. I will never be ordering again, and would appreciate a refund.

      I had ordered a pair of leggings as part of my most recent order. They sent me the wrong pair and then as the ftc says you get to keep what they sent was wrong because they cant send you wrong products. When I was communicating with them they tried telling me I had to send back the wrong leggings for me to get the ones I paid for or they wont be sending me the correct ones. It it not my responsibility for me to waste my time to go through the process of trying to send back those leggings when I am not the one who messed up my order. The continued to not help after me telling them I do not have the time to get the supplies needed to ship them out. They tried tocontinue to tell me oh just use the original packaging to ship back and go to the post office and ask for tape. Now I live in a busy city so going to the post office would take a lot of time and I dont have that amount of time to waste which is why if I were to return I just drop off at one of the mail boxes that are just placed anywhere. I told them I dont have that time and they still wont be sending me the pair I paid for because I wont fix their mistake.

      awful quality. they are see through material. the buy their product from china, it’s literally best compared to shein athletic clothes. i would never buy again thing from this company. it’s a shame they are selling see through items. don’t waste your time with this company, spend the extra money on ********* or *** ***** is even better than this junk. I wish it would’ve let me uploaded pictures of the bad quality clothing. And it i could've i would've have this company 0 stars but it wouldn’t let me.

      If I could give 0 stars I would. I have been a loyal NVGTN costumer for the last 2 years. In fact, it is the only gym attire I wear. I usually do not have an issue with delivery. However, this launch my package shipped but never arrived to my house. I contacted the post office first and they were also unable to find the package. It is essentially lost in the system and they can not guarantee it will ever arrive. The post office suggested I contact NVGTN to see if they can resend the items or be reimbursed. I contacted NVGTN and I am very displeased. They're customer service is horrible. I explained the situation and they offered no help. They keep telling me to wait and the tracking says "in transit" and I should contact the post office. I've explained I've contacted the post office everyday since the package shipped yet they have not offered to replace the items or reimburse me. I have even asked them what can they offer me to help and they have said nothing! At this point, I don't have the items and I'm out all the money I spent. I want my money back!

      I woke up early for this drop. I was on the website refreshing at exactly the time the drop was about to happen. I was buying multiple items so I had many items in my cart. I'm very upset and disappointed with the system NVGTN uses. I had these leggings I've been wanting for a long time already placed in my cart. When I went to check out they were "sold out". How is that possible if I had them already in my cart?
