Lazydays Loveland has had our new travel trailer in for warranty work for more than 40 days. After numerous phone calls with no response, we cannot understand how they are legally still allowed to operate.Review from Matthew D

Lazy Days Has the worst service ever. Have this 2022 grand design in 3 times for same issues, and it was under factory warranty. Now that the year has expired they are refusing to fix, And I have paperwork from every visit to prove it. Very rude customer service people. I thought it was just me having issues, but while standing in line today I watched them piss off them as well. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEY ARE VERY VERY INCOMPETANT AND RUDE BURNS HARBOR AND ELKHART LOCATIONS. THEY DESERVE NO STARS. Now I see why they closed Burns Harbor Location. I had to fix defective roof myself because they were to busy being donkey holes.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Lazy Days Rv council bluffs . Not only did they sell me a trailer that was clearly broken, but they have also refused to fix it or provide any kind of assistance. The lack of customer service and accountability is truly appalling. I would strongly advise against doing business with this company, as they clearly do not care about their customers or the quality of their products. Avoid Lazy Days at all costs. If I could give less stars I certainly would!

Been dealing with Lazy Days in *********, **. purchased a **************** 2022 before it even hit the dealership! Been in for service numerous times (under warranty) for smaller issues but always had a problem with the 'aqua hot'?!?! Just want a new 'aqua hot' ,,, have extended warranty but no one seems to get it fixed in OVER 1 MONTH?!?! Camping season is here, we have reservations all summer BUT NO RV?!?!Someone needs to get this fixed!!!I'm writing corporate in hopes that something can get accomplished, my patience is running thin! In October 2023, we realized our axle needed to be replace AGAIN (second time in a year). We originally scheduled an appointment for Dec., but the service department pushed us back to the middle of February. When my husband dropped off the trailer, they went out to the trailer, took pictures, etc. I started calling at the end of March because we had a trip in April. During this contact, i learned that they had done nothing with our trailer. Needless to say, our trailer was not finished for our April trip, so my husband had to go pick it up and take it back. Upon taking it back, I told the service department that we had a trip planned for Memorial Day weekend and asked what the chances are of the trailer getting fixed, to which I was told "Very good." I continued to try to follow up and each time I called, I experienced the following:1) Multiple unreturned phone calls 2) Long hold times (30+ minutes) 3) Lack of communication about the process and status Thanks to our salesman stepping in, our trailer was ready for our next trip. BUT, when my husband went to pick it up, we were informed that they lost our keys! In addition, I have called and emailed the general manager, and have yet to hear back almost a month later.I should also mention that the Loveland location had our trailer for 6 months before it was fixed, so clearly this is an organization issue. These have been the most unacceptable and unprofessional business practices and customer service experiences that I have ever experienced. I strongly recommend consumers go elsewhere to have their trailers fixed.Review from Joshua S

I have a had a horrible experience from lazy days mesa. It has been broken promise after broken promise. It seems the management will say anything to get you out of the shop. They are full of excuses pulling a new one out every time they fail to meet the expectations. I was told I can pick up my unit and that all the work has been done. When I went to pick it up. None of the work I brought the unit in had been done. Plus there was oil everywhere inside my unit from them replacing the hydraulic jacks. They tried to give me my unit back extremely dirty. The staff seemed annoyed with you for wanting quality work. I also reached out to corporate but did not hear anything back. This is a joke of a company and I would stay away from them like the plague.Review from Clarence S

Terrible service center. Do not buy from them. Terrible terrible service. We are making our 4th payment and RV has been sitting in their lot all this time. Same story. Can't find part. Service manager doesn't call back. We are going to ask for our money back. But I doubt they will give it to us.Sent a complaint to corporate hope for a response RLReview from Amy B

We bought a brand new 2019 Coachmen Apex travel trailer from Campland in Burns Harbor IN. Campland had been purchased by Lazy Days by the time we needed service. We took it in to have them check the living room slide because it was making a terrible screeching sound and to take a look at our freshwater tank. It had dropped down on the passenger side. We also noticed a small water leak on that side. At that time our camper was still under warranty. Lazy Days was fairly prompt getting us in and serviced. There were walnuts in the slide mechanism, we were told the freshwater tank was fine, they saw no leak and it was “secure”. No more noise from the slide, but the leak got worse, we couldn’t keep the freshwater tank filled for more than 24 hours. There were pools of water on the passenger side of the camper, so we took it back to have them look again. The service department at Lazy Days told us they couldn’t find any leaks. Next camping trip was terrible! We filled the tank and watched the water drain out all over our campsite within the first 12 hours of our 5 day stay. We made do and pulled home. That was fall 2023. Lazy Days closed their Burns Harbor location and moved to Elkhart IN. That’s at least a three hour trip, so my husband got under our camper to see if he could figure out what was happening before taking the camper to Elkhart. Lo and behold, he found the freshwater tank had indeed dropped and that the support on the passenger side was twisted. The tank had fallen onto a screw that punctured the tank and caused the leak, which worsened every time we pulled our camper. Now of course we are out of warranty! Lazy Days didn’t find the leak because they didn’t look! My guess is that’s why we got our camper back in a timely manner. We will not be taking our camper to Lazy Days for the repair. I’m only speculating, but I bet they’d find the leak now that our warranty has expired! Won’t deal with them ever again! They are lazy and dishonest!Review from Jeff H

As I’ve seen below many buyers have had the same experience I have. Knowing that Airstream was supposed to be one of the premier RV’s I chose the base camp 20x from Lazy Days in Knoxville. It’s been a depressing experience since day 1. From brake issues, to water leaks to recalls and other defects it’s been a total bad experience. The most challenging problem is the incredible lack of communication from up. Customer service is almost non existent. First negative review I’ve ever postedReview from Christina L

We are writing this to share our unfortunate experience with Lazy Days RV in *******, *******. On July 14, 2023, we purchased a 2023 Forest River Cherokee Lazy Days RV for $41,700. We also traded in our 2022 ************ Imagine, which we had bought from Lazy Days the previous year. Alongside the new purchase, we invested in an extended 5-year bumper-to-bumper *************** warranty with roadside assistance from *************** for an additional $4,566 + GAP coverage in the amount of $1,319.Just a month after our purchase, on August 15, 2023, we received a notice from ***** ***** which held the loan for our 2022 ************. The notice stated that the payoff had not been completed, resulting in late fees and a negative impact on our credit report. Although this issue was eventually resolved, it was our first indication that Lazy Days RV might not be keeping their promises. On March 1, we discovered that the air conditioner in our new camper was not working, just as we had guests staying with us. We promptly called the warranty company, ***************, only to be met with a robo response instructing us to hire a mechanic at our own expense to diagnose the problem. The warranty company would then decide whether to approve the repair for reimbursement. This process did not align with our understanding of "bumper-to-bumper roadside assistance."We wrote to *********************, the ********* Services Manager at Lazy Days RV, on March 12, outlining our concerns and copied our salesperson, *********************. We received no response from either of them. Despite following up multiple times, we were met with silence. We hired a mechanic to diagnose the air conditioning issue. Attempts to contact *************** again on April 30, 2024, were futile, as we could not reach a human representative. After giving Lazy Days RV until May 6, 2024, to respond to our concerns, we decided to cancel our extended warranty and GAP coverage. As of May 22, 2024, we have received no response.
